Chapter 475 Call Of The Abyss

Grimm, Wicky, Solumn, Millie, and Claudia gathered once again.

Initially, Grimm was to gather these four after he had received news about the Infernal Spirit Scriptures. Then, he would sign a bounty contract with all four of them accordingly.

Now, Grimm had breached the contract and gathered them after missing the First Acraepoid Kingdom's conquering stage of the Demon-Hunting expedition.

Who knew whether the First Acraepoid King who was situated within the palace of the First Acraepoid Imperial Capital had the Infernal Spirit Scriptures in the first place?

"We have received accurate news, the First Acraepoid King had yet to descend, which is mainly why this divine nation is still intact. Our target is to conduct a secret investigation deep within the First Acraepoid Kingdom. If the Infernal Spirit Scripture were in the First Acraepoid King's possession, this mission would be officially canceled."

There were three possible locations to hide the Infernal Spirit Scripture. In the deeper parts of the First Acraepoid Kingdom, on the sacrifice within the palace of the First Acraepoid Imperial Capital or in the hands of the First Acraepoid King. Grimm's little team could only strive for the first two possible locations of the scripture.

Solumn and Millie were looking bright today.

Ten years ago, their mission to spread Abyssal Moss in the Dark Destroyer Kingdom had rewarded them with a Rank-3 Honor Badge by the Battle Command.

The mature native Abyssal Moss that Grimm had supplied back then was the main reason for how they had managed to get the Rank-3 Honor Badge.

"Here are fifty Sorcerer Essences, just like how I promised back then. Please view this as my grat.i.tude for being rewarded a Rank-3 Honor Badge in this Demon-Hunting expedition as well."

Solumn took out a huge piece of Sorcerer Essence. However, Grimm had his gaze fixed on the black thumb ring for quite some time. The ring drew his attention, it seemed that the thumb ring had strong energy fluctuations.

The Sorcerer Essences were handed over to Grimm through Solumn's control of the nature force.

"Hmm."

Grimm gave Solumn a nod as he took the Sorcerer Essences.

When Grimm handed over the native Abyssal Moss to Solumn and Millie, the two had already made their payments respectively with Sorcerer Essences. Therefore, this was Solumn making his second payment to Grimm, as his promise to Grimm for using the Rank-1 Honor Badge privilege to obtain news for him.

However, Wicky did not seem to be in a good mood as Solumn and Millie had already harvested something while he had nothing.

"A huge number of strong Level 3 organisms and the World Guardian of the Infernal Spirit World have gathered there as it is the last auxiliary space in this world that isn't infected by the Abyssal Moss. Moving all the Acraepoid elites from the five empires was their last hope for the Infernal Spirit continent. Therefore, the divine nation is able to unite the rules of the world and strongly resist the Stigmata Sorcerer who has personally appeared."Grimm had gotten a grasp of the situation in the Acraepoid's divine nation through the Battle Command.

As the last of the pure lands of the Infernal Spirit World, as well as the nest of the First Acraepoid King, the Infernal Spirit World's Guardian had started to gather the last of the remaining hopes of the world into the pure lands once it realized that they had lost their advantages in this war. However, such actions would not do much aside from making their final resistance toward their destined doom.

"The most it would take is twenty years, while the least being ten. Before the Abyss Cataclysm is bestowed upon this world, the Battle Command will conduct an extremely large scale attack to annihilate the spark of hope in the Infernal Spirit World."

Grimm stated casually as if it was just an everyday topic that people would discuss at the dining table. Still, hints of excitement were found on Grimm's face. On the other hand, Wicky, Solumn, Millie, and Claudia were beyond shocked to hear the news.

Claudia stated unbelievably, "If that s.p.a.ce could effectively stop the advent of the Stigmata Sorcerer, there's a high chance that the First Acraepoid World Lord is hidden within it. If the sorcerers attack rashly, I'm afraid that the number of casualties will be…"

Using a ma.s.sive number of creatures which were Level 4 and below to slay the World Lord, especially a World Lord that had a large number of followers was no doubt a foolish act.

"No…"

Grimm shook his head, then he parted his lips to say something. However, Little Myna cut him off and stated in a serious tone, "No… This world is about to experience the despair of the ancient Sorcerers World."

Even with the serious atmosphere around them, it was not hard to notice hints of loneliness within Little Myna's words, as if he was pulled into some of his ancient memories.

Grimm comforted Little Myna, then he turned toward the four who were still confused about the situation and stated excitedly, "Can you feel that? Even the Abyss creatures of the Abyss civilization have started trembling under the will of the Sorcerer civilization! Starting from the appearance of Anatomy Refinery Sorcerers that came from the abyss beneath the Sorcerers World, then the Dragon Anatomy Refinery Sorcerers, and finally those countless Abyss creatures today that have been silenced under the Sorcerer's Will…"

At his last sentence, Grimm's voice raised by a notch.

"One day, we will defeat the Abyss civilization and reclaim the glory of the sorcerers!"

For the other four whose souls were not a part of the Principal Will of the Sorcerers World, there was no way for them to understand Grimm's excitement and enthusiasm.

Five shadows flashed through the sky.

On a small hill, Grimm stopped on his tracks. The abyss plants had disguised themselves into normal plants, so there were no abnormalities upon first glance.

With his wide black sorcerer robe dancing along with the wind, Grimm glanced toward the distance with his Mask of Truth on. After a short while, he took out his crystal ball. Little Myna who was on Grimm's shoulder leaned closer and they both stared at the ball.

"Caw, caw. Yep, it's right here!"

Behind Grimm were the mysterious Solumn, the arrogant Wicky, the charming Claudia, and Ice Age Millie.

Millie got closer to Grimm and he instantly felt a wave of cold chills.

"Who knows how many hidden Acraepoids the continental plate shock catastrophe in the First Acraepoid Kingdom will draw out. Are there only five of us who are responsible for eliminating the resistance force in this area?"

After putting away the crystal ball and estimating the time, Grimm sneered.

"This world is no longer the Acraepoids' Infernal Spirit World. This is the Abyss World, which was altered by the sorcerer's will, this is part of the Sorcerers World. We are no longer the infiltrators! Right now… they are the outsiders that were rejected by the World Will."

Low level sorcerers were unable to imagine how strong the power that changed entire rules of the world's will was.

When a ma.s.sive number of creatures from various species unite, they could no doubt kill any kind of World Lord. However, for an Eternal Dominator, it was pointless for creatures that were inferior to the World Lord despite the advantage in numbers.

"There's only twenty-two hourgla.s.s left before the Stigmata Sorcerers are going to work together to activate the continental plate shock catastrophe. Therefore, I'll summon the Abyss Servants through the Sorcerer's Princ.i.p.al Will. All of you have to get used to these Abyss Servants as soon as possible, we're going to depend on them a lot when we break into the First Acraepoid Divine Nation in the near future."

After saying so, Grimm activated the Rank-1 Honor Badge's Sorcerer's Princ.i.p.al Will under the astonished looks of the four sorcerers behind him.

A wave of shapeless ripples spread out, it was as if it was a roar that came from the Sorcerers World.

Suddenly, all the abyss creatures that were afraid of the sorcerers around them started a rampage and broke the silence in their surroundings.

Like the worker ants and soldier ants which were called by their queen's will, an unbelievable number of Abyss creatures roared as a response to Grimm's summon. Following their own instincts, they gathered toward this Sorcerer's Princ.i.p.al Will at all costs.

Abyss insects, Abyss birds, mutated monsters, distorted plants, even the Abyss creatures within the river had come ash.o.r.e…

Millions and even billions of Abyss creatures were like torrents and hurricanes as they swarmed toward Grimm!

These horrifying Abyss creatures which had amazing vitality were like the waves of tsunamis and the winds of tornados that came from all directions with Grimm as the center. Soon, the sky and earth were filled with the Abyss creature summoned by the Sorcerer's Princ.i.p.al Will.

Solumn, Wicky, Millie and Claudia's bodies could not help but tremble in bewilderment before the sight.

This… Were all of these really summoned by the Level-1 Sorcerer Grimm?

"Fuhuhahahahaha…"

Grimm opened his arms with his Sabbatic Goat Staff lifted up high, his dual-colored gaze flashed beneath his Mask of Truth. Surrounded by the protection of the tornado-like Abyss creatures, it was like the Demon King had arrived!

"Can you see this? This the Abyss Summoning Power of the Abyss World that even the ancient sorcerers were afraid of. And now… This has become a power that sorcerers wield!"

Millions and billions of Abyss creatures trembled under Grimm's laugh. The Princ.i.p.al Will of the Sorcerers World that came from the Void Fortresses in the sky was like a huge funnel that poured straight onto Grimm.

Perhaps among these Abyss creatures, there were some creatures that were far stronger than the four Level-1 sorcerers here. However, right now they were trembling like lowly servants under the pressure of the Sorcerer's Princ.i.p.al Will!

A normal sorcerer could never understand how much change this Demon-Hunting expedition could do to the future of the Sorcerers World.
