0: CHARACTER INTRODUCTION
Author: Fire Head (炎頭)
Translator: Hand of Vecna
Editors: TpstT, Keii

RUPHAS MAFAHL ♀ (♂ INTERNALLY)
The protagonist. A female flügel who ruled the world two hundred years ago. 475 years old.

She was a peerless beauty with black wings, which were considered taboo by other flügels whose standards of beauty were based on one’s wings.

Even in the beginning, her combat abilities were among the strongest in the world. Now that the overall standards had dropped in the current age, it was no longer possible for anyone to compete with her, except for a few powerful individuals remaining from the previous age.

The Tyrannical Twelve Stars were her subordinates, but all of them had been scattered, so she went on a journey to bring them together again.

She could heal, support, and attack all by herself, but her specialty was melee combat using weapons. Or so she would say, but she was actually strong unarmed as well.

Internally, she was a Japanese guy who played X-Gate Online using her as a game character. His confusion was evident when he found himself in the game world set two hundred years later.

Her name originated from the demons, Malphas and Halphas.

Ruphas was originally ruthless and brutal. While she was concerned about the future of the humanoids, she showed no mercy to her enemies. She killed all demons without exception, including women and children.

Furthermore, there were signs that she foresaw her own defeat by the trickery of the Goddess two hundred years ago as she had left certain instructions with some of her subordinates in advance. They had since been moving subtly behind the scenes.

It was currently unknown how much she knew about the Goddess’ intentions and objectives, but when Ruphas truly understood them, the story would enter its final stage.

DINA ♀
A woman who served as an advisor for Ruphas. Technically, she could be considered the main heroine of the story.

She had pale blue hair the color of the sea and she spoke to everyone in a polite tone.

She supported Ruphas when she lost her knowledge of the events from two hundred years ago. She was a reassuring presence who supported Ruphas from behind the scenes.

Originally, she was a humanoid object that was placed when the base was built. She didn’t even have a fixed name back then. —That was a lie. Actually, she wasn’t a subordinate of Ruphas, but a test player who was moved from reality.

She was a half-elf who could use a lot of arcane magic. The attributes she had specialized in were Water and Gold.

Furthermore, she had another identity as Venus of the Seven Luminaries. She manipulated the demons from within for Ruphas. But there were still some things that couldn’t be explained. Ruphas considered her to be either the avatar or a confidant of the Goddess.

Her real identity was…

Her name was derived from Aphrodite + Venus + Diana, the moon goddess.

THE TYRANNICAL TWELVE STARS

ARIES ♂ (TECHNICALLY)
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. He ruled over the constellation of the Ram.

He usually looked like an adorable little girl (♂), but his true form was a rainbow-colored sheep monster that was over one hundred meters long.

Originally, he was a super-weak monster that existed only to be hunted. His overall status was lacking. He longed for Ruphas who had made him strong, going on a rampage against the humanoids in revenge for taking her away.

He didn’t have many offensive skills, but had many support skills…Despite this, he still charged forth into melee combat. His special skill was Mesarthim, which dealt continuous damage upon contact by immolating himself. However, for some reason, it still worked when it was used in an area around himself or shot as a fireball. It really wasn’t supposed to be that kind of skill.

His favorite food was corn. He was on good terms with Aigokeros.

LIBRA ♀ (ACTUALLY GENDERLESS WITH FEMALE FORM)
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. She ruled over the constellation of the Scales.

She appeared to be a beautiful girl, but she was actually created by Mizar as the strongest golem in Midgard. She used many kinds of firearms, but her main weapons were the super weapons which were integrated and hidden in her arms.

There was nothing remotely like emotion in her. She had neither affection nor compassion.

She was a relentless killing machine that would pursue constantly once she had determined one to be an enemy. Her greatest skill was Brachium, which dealt unavoidable fixed damage to all enemies.

Her body contained a prototype X-Gate generator using a gem that compressed divine power and arcane power to the extreme. This allowed her to conceal weapons and ammunition beyond her normal capacity. After the return of Ruphas, she gained a new armament called Astraea, becoming even more violent.

She was on bad terms with Scorpius.

AIGOKEROS ♂
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. He ruled over the constellation of the Goat.

He was of the lord demon race. He was born in Helheim, the hell of this world. He was a magical beast who stood above all other devils. He was more malicious than the demons in that he loved blood, fear, and death. In a sense, he was the real Demon King of Midgard.

Whenever Ruphas was involved, he would become stupid and exceedingly ruthless. He considered the lives of others to be garbage. Ruphas added him to the Twelve Stars, not because of his power, but because he would be more dangerous than the demons if he was left unchecked. He was basically captured  in order to keep him under surveillance and control.

His special skill was Deneb Algedi, which dealt a large amount of unhealable damage.

Despite being such a scary monster, his favorite food was grass. After all, he was a goat.

He was on good terms with Aries since both of them were magical beasts. However, the illustration in Volume 2 where Aries was being stripped was really perverted.

PARTHENOS ♀
Formerly one of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. She once ruled over the constellation of the Maiden.

She was once the head of the clan that served the Goddess and had believed in the latter’s absolute justice. However, when she encountered Ruphas, she witnessed the truth of the world. After that, she became Ruphas’ confidant and was treasured as one of the few people who knew the Goddess.

She was a master of recovery and support-type divine magic. Her combat power was among the weakest of the Twelve Stars, but her presence alone could greatly improve everyone’s overall power.

After two hundred years, she was now deceased, but she remained in the world as a ghost to wait for the return of Ruphas. She had passed on her position as the Maiden to her successor, Virgo, and had now retired to Vanaheim.

She had a support cheat that could activate four skills simultaneously.

VIRGO ♀
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. She ruled over the constellation of the Maiden.

She was the newest member of the Twelve Stars and had the lowest level. She was a bright and gentle flügel girl. She was the most serious and least troublesome person among the suspicious members of the Twelve Stars.

The Twelve Stars and Ruphas treated her like a cute little sister, whose presence was deemed to be refreshing. Ruphas wanted her to stay this way, but she wanted to change herself.

Even without eating the forbidden fruit or slaughtering magical beasts, her level was already 300. She didn’t seem to have any secret concerning her birth. It didn’t really matter, but there was another person with her characteristic pure white wings. Their relationship was unknown.

Her special skill was Vindemiatrix, which dispersed mana.

After fighting in Alfheim, she formally inherited power from Parthenos and joined the ranks of Level 1000 characters.

KARKINOS ♂
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. He ruled over the constellation of the Crab.

He was good-looking and gave a first impression of being a capable man, but he was actually a foolish idiot.

His comrades considered him to be useless except for defense and being a shield. The good thing about being so sturdy was that he could endure a relentless charge from Libra.

Until he met Ruphas again, he was running a chain of restaurants and traveling around. He was a valuable cook in his daily life. However, his dishes were somewhat strange, such as serving barometz as crab.

During combat, he specialized in defense and counters, but he couldn’t do anything else. However, in terms of defense, he was a better shield than everyone else and his counters could be very troublesome.

His special skill was Acubens, which automatically countered an enemy’s attack.

He had branches in every major humanoid nation.

SCORPIUS ♀
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. She ruled over the constellation of the Scorpion.

She was a female molester with an obscene personality. She was the yandere perverted stalker of Ruphas. She once destroyed a nation before meeting up with Ruphas again. Like Aigokeros and Leon, she was a problem child among the Twelve Stars.

At night, she was constantly being repelled by Libra for trying to sneak into Ruphas’ bedroom.

Her true form was a giant scorpion monster that specialized in poison. In terms of controlling bases, she was the most terrifying of the Twelve Stars.

Her special skills were Shaula, which injected indelible poison into the enemy, and Graffias, which spread poison over a wide area.

CASTOR ♂
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. He partially ruled over the constellation of the Twins. He dressed in a white cloak in the style of a pirate. He had excellent leadership qualities. On his own accord, he clashed with the Demon King behind the scenes and lost. He had no special skills.

POLLUX ♀
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. She partially ruled over the constellation of the Twins and was known as the Fairy Princess.

She had no direct combat abilities, but could use the skill Argonautai to summon heroic spirits back to the world. Taking this skill into consideration, she was one of the strongest Twelve Stars alongside Libra and Leon.

She was guarding the seal of the Wood Ouroboros until the Goddess brainwashed her and turned her against Ruphas. After that, she was safely released and now served as the brain of the group.

LEON ♂
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. He ruled over the constellation of the Lion.

He was a giant lion with a crimson mane. His humanoid form was a large, muscular man. In terms of combat power, he was the strongest of the Twelve Stars. He didn’t have any special abilities like the other Twelve Stars. He was simply strong.

His extraordinary HP even exceeded that of his master Ruphas, who also acknowledged that he was the strongest among the Twelve Stars. However, he had a surprisingly large number of opponents with whom he had bad compatibility and thus he was by no means invincible.

SAGITTARIUS ♂
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. He ruled over the constellation of the Archer.

He was someone who was easily forgotten. He excelled in offensive arcane magic and physical attacks with arrows.

His threatening skill, Alnasl, fired an inevitable arrow that could pierce the target without going through the intervening space. If he could see the target, he could hit it, even if the target was a few light-years away.

He was a pervert who exposed his lower body.

TAURUS ♂
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. He ruled over the constellation of the Bull.

He was guarding the seal of the Earth Ouroboros.

His real name was Asterius. Only Ruphas should know this name, but because Ruphas publicly called his name when she used X-Gate, the other Twelve Stars now knew his true name as well. His name was often mistaken as Tauros or Tauris.

His unique skill was Aldebaran, which could forcefully terminate any skill, divine magic, or arcane magic that was currently active.

AQUARIUS ♀
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. She ruled over the constellation of the Water Pitcher.

She was guarding the seal of the Fire Ouroboros.

She was a sentient item. Her true form was the water pitcher itself. She used the avatar of a little girl rising out of the water pitcher, but since this wasn’t her true form, it didn’t matter even if the little girl was attacked.

She had a whimsical personality. Let alone putting in the effort to remember people’s names, she made her carrier Ganymedes carry her around so that she didn’t have to move on her own.

Despite its appearance, the water pitcher could store so much water that it ignored the laws of physics and weighed over ten tons.

PISCES ♂
One of the Tyrannical Twelve Heavenly Stars. He ruled over the constellation of the Fish.

His real name was Eros. His true form was a sentient arcane magic created by Alovenus. He favored the beautiful and despised the ugly.

He was the king of the unified kingdom of the sea, Skíðblaðnir. Seventy percent of Midgard was his territory.

He was an erotic man who had built a harem of mermaids of his preferred type in his palace.
He seemed to be in love with Ruphas. In fact, all of the mermaids in his harem shared some common features with Ruphas.

He was once deceived by Sagittarius who disguised himself as a woman in the past. As a result, he hated Sagittarius.

THE SEVEN HEROES

MEGREZ ♂
One of the Seven Heroes who were said to have saved the world from Ruphas’ rule. He was a handsome intellectual who wore glasses.

He was the elf wizard known to the people as the Wisdom King.

He was the first king who founded Svalinn, the country of learning and arcane magic. In his retirement, he continued to have considerable influence.

He tended to be dreamy and had the troublesome nature of being too serious. Even though he acted boldly, he would worry about his actions later. It was unclear if he was brazen or just delicate.

Two hundred years ago, he was a friend of Ruphas and a fellow adventurer who walked the same path. Back then, he had dreamed of creating a country where elves could walk dignifiedly, and since then, it had become a reality.

Even though he had separated from Ruphas, he continued to ask himself if his actions were really correct. He was deeply remorseful and felt responsible for the humanoids being cornered. For that reason, he recommended raiding the tomb.

Perhaps, he is an unexpectedly brazen man.

He collected books which criticized the Seven Heroes in his library. In his heart, he found it painful to be praised and respected. He was suspected to be a masochist.

MERAK ♂
One of the Seven Heroes who were said to have saved the world from Ruphas’ rule. He was a thin man.

He was the founder of Gjallarhorn, the country of flügels. People called him the Sky King. He was the king of flügels and he was born into his position.

However, he lacked self-confidence and wasn’t suited for standing above others since he didn’t have a strong personality and was often swayed by the opinions of others. He was actually more of a supporter who showed his true value when assisting a leader like Ruphas.

He had a psychological complex that he wasn’t worthy to be king. In that sense, he was even weaker than Megrez. He had been criticized by his own citizens for his unreliable disposition and for allowing a civil war to happen.

He truly regretted defeating Ruphas two hundred years ago and blamed himself for his incompetence. Unlike Megrez who was actually quite impressive, he was a troublesome man who would sink if he was left unattended.

Ruphas used to say, “The Seven Heroes are really troublesome.”

MIZAR ♂
One of the Seven Heroes who were said to have saved the world from Ruphas’ rule. He was a typical dwarf with a beard.

People called him the Smith King in honor of his alchemy skill, which was unrivaled in Midgard.

In particular, his skill in alchemy involving golems and buildings was even beyond Ruphas. He even created a ridiculous city-golem, which was three hundred meters tall and one thousand one hundred meters long.

Libra, one of the Twelve Stars, was his creation since maids were his obsession. On the other hand, alchemy involving medicine was not his specialty. He stubbornly made golems only out of rock and metal. He was like a very stubborn father.

Two hundred years ago, he realized that he was going crazy and built a golem with his own personality in case something went wrong. The original Mizar betrayed his friend, lost a peaceful world, lost his arms, and died in disappointment.

ALIOTH ♂
One of the Seven Heroes who were said to have saved the world from Ruphas’ rule. He was a young human with a strong body.

He was the best swordsman in Midgard and was known as the Sword King. He was of the hero class and was the leader of the Seven Heroes.

In the past, he laughed at Ruphas’ dream of unifying the world. When she actually accomplished it, he had to eat pasta through his nose to honor his own words. Pasta was originally his favorite dish, but after the incident, it became a dish that he really hated.

After his defeat by the Demon King, he used his own life to form a barrier to protect Lævateinn and fell into an eternal sleep.

Apparently, he was actually interested in Ruphas.

DUBHE ♂
One of the Seven Heroes who were said to have saved the world from Ruphas’ rule. He was a white bear beastkin.

When he spoke, he would end his sentences with the word “bear,” but he sometimes forgot to do so because he had to consciously add the word. Although he had a gentle personality, he had a bad habit of instinctively chasing after opponents who had turned their backs to run away. After all, bears were bears.

PHECDA ♂
One of the Seven Heroes who were said to have saved the world from Ruphas’ rule. He was a hobbit. He had the faintest presence among the Seven Heroes.

BENETNASH ♀
One of the Seven Heroes who were said to have saved the world from Ruphas’ rule. She was a beautiful girl with silver hair.

Known as the Vampire Princess, she was the strongest humanoid before the coming of Ruphas.

Unlike the other Seven Heroes, she was already at a high level before she met Ruphas. She was a monster who had reached Level 600 by exterminating everything on one continent. She was the record holder for having the most kills in history, surpassing even Ruphas. In fact, the number of magical beasts, demons, and humanoids she had killed was over ten times that of Ruphas.

She was the biggest problem child among the Seven Heroes. Unlike the other six, she did not regret that Ruphas had been defeated. Instead, she really only regretted not having killed her with her own hands.

Furthermore, unlike the other heroes who had been weakened, not only did she retain the power of her heyday, she even increased her combat power even more.

She regarded Ruphas as an unusual rival and aimed to kill her by her own hands.

THE HERO'S FACTION

MINAMI-JYUJI SEI ♂
A poor victim who was summoned from Japan on Earth.

When he started on his journey, he was pincered by Ruphas and the Demon King, both of whom ignored him.

He respected his father who was a police officer. Because his father had once arrested an innocent man, he was overly cautious and tended to sway back and forth regarding matters.

He was summoned to defeat Ruphas, but since he believed that he shouldn’t point his weapon at the wrong person, he sought out a path of reconciliation.

His combat power was low, but his heart was firm. He was able to find things that he could do without being self-deprecating while being aware of his own weaknesses.

He seemed like someone worthy of being a hero, but the world into which he was summoned was just too terrible. He would be able to achieve things if the world wasn’t Midgard.

GANTS ♂
A pleasant uncle who met Ruphas in Svalinn. He was known as the strongest mercenary in the world.

He lost his wife in a battle with the demons. He doted on his only daughter, Alfie. They were not similar at all, but their relationship wasn’t one of adoption. It was simply the mystery of genetics.

He showed the most understanding concerning Ruphas among the hero’s party.

FRIEDRICH ♂
The strongest Sword Saint in the world (LOL).

He looked like a strong tiger beastkin, but his reputation was completely blown out of proportion. He was a miserable tiger who would escape by himself whenever he felt he was in danger. He recently dug a hot spring.

FEMALE KNIGHT ♀
A gorilla beastkin…not. She was actually purely human.

She had a noble heart and would stand up for the weak. She was usually calm and polite. She never became too emotional and was able to make calm decisions.

She understood Friedrich’s words and acted as his translator. She seemed like a serious person and was actually one, but her appearance ruined everything.

CRUZ ♂
An elf who was paralyzed with fear after summoning Ruphas at the start of the story.

Later, he joined the hero’s party and established his role as the one who was always surprised.

Despite this, he  actually ranked among the top-class humanoids. He was unrivaled in Lævateinn in the use of arcane magic and divine magic.

He served as an adviser to the king and was genuinely an elite. However, he also had a weakness as an elite. When the situation developed in an unexpected manner, he would immediately panic.

He had a mentality that was fragile like bean curd.

JEAN ♂
An adventurer who met Ruphas in the royal tomb. He was the leader of Hawkeye. It was unknown which part of him was the hawk and which part was the eye. The name was probably chosen because it sounded cool.

He was a fool who would challenge someone without caring about the opponent’s identity and would be countered when he charged in. He was somewhat close to Sei and he wasn’t too afraid of Ruphas.

KAINEKO ♂
A cat beastkin who joined the hero’s party in Draupnir. He was the commander of the knights and had decent ability.

He looked like a bipedal cat. If his opponent was a cat lover, he would win unconditionally. In fact, this was effective against Ruphas. Although he thought of himself as a swordsman, he could probably contribute more to the party by throwing cat punches to overwhelm the opponent with cuteness than by using a sword.

NICK ♂
A light warrior and one of the members of Hawkeye. He had common sense, but his presence was faint. In Draupnir, he was severely injured in a battle with a demihuman and had to withdraw from the party.

RICARDO ♂
A heavy warrior and one of the members of Hawkeye. He tried to give himself a distinctive character by speaking in fragmentary sentences, but it just didn’t work. In Draupnir, he was severely injured in a battle with a demihuman and had to withdraw from the party.

SHU ♂
An archer and one of the members of Hawkeye. He tried to give himself a distinctive character by using honorifics, but there were already a lot of characters doing this, so it was just confusing. In Draupnir, he was severely injured in a battle with a demihuman and had to withdraw from the party.

ALFIE ♀
A genius girl who attended the arcane magic school at Svalinn.

She reached Level 40 at a young age and was expected to become a court mage in the future. However, she joined the hero’s party and understood reality after seeing a battle between monsters. She painfully realized that, from the perspective of those monsters, she was just dirt and she lost confidence in herself as a result.

She later reappeared in Lægjarn, but she didn’t rejoin the party.

THE DEMONS

ORM ♂
The Demon King who stood above all demons. In the game, he was referred to as the Demon King-san (LOL).

He didn’t fight Ruphas two hundred years ago because he was afraid of her. He himself freely acknowledged that. However, he wasn’t weak at all. He simultaneously defeated and cursed six of the Seven Heroes, excluding Benetnash.

In the past, under the guises of the Evil God and the Giant God, he had repeatedly hunted the humanoids, pretended to be defeated by historical heroes after inflicting fatal injuries, and then changed his name to reappear as another villain of Midgard.

But now, he seemed to be working towards a different purpose than that of the Goddess. He was acting on his own judgment.

His real identity was the Moon Ouroboros, one of the proxies of the Goddess in Midgard and one of the ouroboroses.

TERRA ♂
A creation of the Demon King’s arcane power, something similar to his son.

He was a handsome young man who looked human despite being a demon. He questioned the meaning of the demons’ existence and started taking action to release them from their accursed fate.

He was in love with Luna, but he couldn’t tell her. He was secretly lewding her, but doesn’t show it on the surface.

SOL ♂
One of the demons who was part of the Seven Luminaries. He ruled over the Sun.

His real identity was the avatar of the Sun Ouroboros (Heavenly Ouroboros) who had developed his own ego. He had reached Level 1000 and his combat power was comparable to Leon’s. He was overly self-absorbed and was a battle maniac.

LUNA ♀
One of the demons who was part of the Seven Luminaries. She ruled over the Moon.

She was someone who was constantly in Terra’s thoughts. Likewise, she also thought of Terra.

She had the worst combat power among the Seven Luminaries, but she excelled in assassinations and espionage.

Mercurius was in love with her, but she didn’t realize it.

MERCURIUS ♂
One of the demons who was part of the Seven Luminaries. He ruled over Water.

He was a childhood friend of Terra and Luna. Although they had a boss-subordinate relationship, he was still a friend. He was also technically a romantic rival, but he was just a pitiful man who wasn’t in the game since Luna only had eyes for Terra.

He was implicitly aware of the truth concerning the demons. For that reason, he rushed to act on his own judgment and was destroyed when he encountered Ruphas’ party.

JUPITER ♂
One of the demons who was part of the Seven Luminaries. He ruled over Wood.

He was secretly orchestrating the fall of Gjallarhorn and fanning the flames between the White-Winged Faction and the Mixed Winged Faction in order to instigate a civil war.

However, he was set up by Venus and encountered Ruphas’ party. He ended up fighting Libra, with whom he had the worst compatibility. Naturally, he couldn’t win and was struck down after being chased around. He was eventually decapitated and killed.

He was probably the most pitiful character in the story.

VENUS ♀
One of the demons who was part of the Seven Luminaries. She ruled over Metal.

Her real identity was Dina, who had infiltrated the demons as a spy. From the beginning, she had acted to cause the demons to collapse internally. She was then interrogated by Terra and vanished from among the demons.

SATURNUS ♀
One of the demons who was part of the Seven Luminaries. She ruled over Earth.

So far, she didn’t really get a chance to act, but even if she came onto the stage now, there wouldn’t be much that she could do as a result of power inflation.

She wouldn’t turn out to be actually Level 1000. She was Level 300 like most others. So what could she be expected to accomplish at this point in time?

MARS ♂
Idiot.

PLUTO ♂
A fairly strong demon who was at Level 420.

He rejected the invitation to join the Seven Luminaries and worked hard to build a city in the Dark Continent.

He was one of the few survivors from two hundred years ago. He knew that the humanoids’ living space was a monster nest. He understood that he was just a trivial existence and that the false prosperity would end one day.

There were some conflicts with Nectar, but it was just to keep the citizens in a good mood. He didn’t really want to fight Aquarius. He was just pretending to fight in order to maintain his approval ratings. Aquarius knew that too, so she didn’t really consider him to be an opponent.

In the end, he died as he had expected to the flames of Aries.

THE GODDESS' FACTION

ALOVENUS ♀
The supreme deity of Midgard who ruled over beauty and love. She was the mastermind behind everything.

It was said that she had so much power that she would cause the universe to collapse simply by manifesting herself. In other words, she was forced to hold back because she was too strong. For her, even the use of an ouroboros was considered nothing more than simply moving a weak piece in order to avoid breaking the world.

She was an expert in manipulating the memories, perceptions, and thoughts of others. Two hundred years ago, she manipulated the Seven Heroes to act against Ruphas. There was no limit to her combat power.

—When it was written like this, she appeared to be a cunning deity, but recently, her incompetence was becoming quite evident. She was surprisingly vulnerable to offensive words and would take mental damage just from being verbally abused.

Additionally, in regards to the tendency for bugs to occur in Midgard, she was the one who was troubled to the point of having a headache.

She was also known as the useless goddess, Ahovenus (“foolish Venus”).

HEAVENLY OUROBOROS ♂
One of the ouroboroses who served as the arbitrators of the world. He acted as an organizer for the five ouroboroses.

He was the battle maniac among the ouroboroses and was always itching to fight another ouroboros. He respected the strong, but he was arrogant towards those he considered weak.

FIRE OUROBOROS ♂
One of the ouroboroses who served as the arbitrators of the world.

The temperature of his body surface exceeded the surface temperature of the Sun. A mediocre person couldn’t even approach him. He was the sore loser among the ouroboroses and was rather talkative.

WOOD OUROBOROS ♂
One of the ouroboroses who served as the arbitrators of the world.

It could freely control lightning and winds. It could sprout flowers all over the world with a single breath. His personality was like that of an easygoing grandfather. He was someone who could be negotiated with among the ouroboroses.

EARTH OUROBOROS ♂
One of the ouroboroses who served as the arbitrators of the world.

He had the power to freely manipulate gravity and could create attractive and repulsive forces. When he became serious, he was the most destructive among the ouroboroses. He was the most arrogant and plain of the ouroboroses.

Translator's Notes
This chapter is really long. I don't have time to do footnotes for it, so I just link to the relevant website (mostly Wikipedia) where you can look up further information. These footnotes have been written in other chapters anyway.
