With a furious shout, a youth ran over from a cliff. “Demon monarch!”
The Demon monarch looked up, and his eyes narrowed. He smiled. “Indestructible Godfiend?”
The youth attacked with his spear. His body emitted a blood-colored gas as he stared at the ugly demon monarch.
“Human Godfiend, you should be able to sense the strength difference between us. Not only did you not escape, you even delivered yourself to me?” The green-skinned demon monarch smiled. He was one of the numerous demon monarchs that had been sent into the human world. He was only an ordinary third Firmament demon monarch-average among demons. However, he was still very confident in dealing with an Indestructible Godfiend.
“Isn’t that Dean Wen?”
The mortals that were fleeing in the distance also noticed this scene. All of them were astonished. Dean Wen had built the Li Water Dao Academy in Li Water Mountain Range. Many people that lived in the mountain range had no ability to send their children to a large city, so many children were sent to Dean Wen’s Li Water Dao Academy. Everybody that lived on the mountain believed that Dean Wen was only a Impervious realm expert that had comprehended Force.
Who would have thought that he could display the terrifying strength of a Godfiend?
“Dean Wen is a Godfiend?”
“Dean, kill that demon monarch!” shouted a child excitedly.
“Leave quickly!” Dean Wen shouted angrily. He was somewhat anxious. He knew the strength difference between himself and the demon monarch, but if he didn’t step forward, how many people in the Li Water Mountain Range would die?
“Human Godfiend, I truly admire your courage. Therefore, I’ll eat you up piece by piece.” The green-skinned demon monarch let out a savage laugh before transforming into a green blur as he charged forward.
Dean Wen held his spear and took the initiative to clash with the demon monarch.
Underground

A bolt of lightning flew rapidly underground; it was Meng Chuan, who was busy conducting underground reconnaissance. He kept his Divine Eye of Lightning-situated at his glabella-constantly open.

He couldn’t accept dying without killing the demon monarch. What would happen to the 100,000 mortals in Li Water Mountain Range if he died before he killed the demon monarch? What would happen to the youths he carefully taught at his Li Water Dao Academy?
“I’m willing to risk my life as I fight for the people behind me! I will risk my life so that the 100,000 mortals in Li Water Mountain range have a chance to survive! Heavens, show us mercy!” The man was willing to risk everything, but he had heavy injuries.
The green-skinned monarch was cunning; he wasn’t willing to exchange blows with the human Godfiend at the price of being injured. “Oh?” Just as the man stabbed out angrily, he suddenly saw the void collapse and distort. A saber beam flew out from the distorted void and pierced through the green-skinned demon monarch’s head.
The demon monarch’s head flew up, his eyes filled with disbelief.
“The heavens have shown mercy.” A smile appeared on the man’s face before he collapsed to the ground.
Whoosh.
Meng Chuan instantly appeared beside the man. He could tell that the Godfiend’s injuries were severe at a glance. Through the two holes on the man’s chest, Meng Chuan could see that the man’s lungs were in pieces. His heart had been reduced to dust! It was only because this man was Body Tempering Godfiend and had vigorous vitality that he was able to hold on for so long.
The youthful Godfiend looked at Meng Chuan and smiled. He said, “Thank you.”
“It’s me who needs to thank you.” Meng Chuan’s Quintessential Essence immediately seeped into the youth’s body and prevented his injuries from worsening. “If you hadn’t fought the demon monarch, forcing him to release enough of his demonic powers, I wouldn’t have sensed it.”

“I’m from the Demon Annihilation Guild. I used the Demon Annihilation Guild’s resources to become a Body Tempering Godfiend,” said Wen Fang with a smile. “I was lucky enough to become a Godfiend. I only reached the Indestructible realm after cultivating to this day.”
