The Demon Chimpanzee had always been very erratic, and it was immediately set off by Little Phoenix’s provocation.
“Hahaha, you dumbass! Chase me, I dare you!” Little Phoenix threw another stone at the Demon Chimpanzee.
The chimpanzee was furious!
It was a Spiritual Lord, but it had just been challenged by a petty flying thing that was a mere Spiritual Elder!
This was unacceptable!
Then, with a whooshing sound —
Little Phoenix took off, flying as fast as it could.
The Demon Chimpanzee smirked and ran after the bird.
It was so furious that it didn’t notice that a human teenage girl was hiding in the grass.
Magical beasts were territorial animals, and the more powerful a beast was, the keener it was to guard its territory.
The area within a 10km radius was all its territory, and no other magical beasts would dare come close. Therefore, the Demon Chimpanzee considered this cave to be quite safe.
However —
As soon as the chimpanzee dashed off —
Feng Wu rushed into the cave as quickly as she could.
Inside, a small Demon Chimpanzee studied Feng Wu with big black eyes that were filled with curiosity.
“Hi —” Feng Wu greeted it with a smile.
The small Demon Chimpanzee smiled like a little angel. However, the look on its face changed when Feng Wu was close enough, and it tried to rip Feng Wu’s throat open with its sharp claws!
“Mom! Mom! Food!”
It then attacked Feng Wu, moving as fast as a streak of lightning. It was accurate and ferocious.
Feng Wu had never expected a cub to be capable of doing such a thing.
She slid away, dodging the small Demon Chimpanzee. She then moved to a spot behind it.
Thump!
She thought she could punch the cub in the head, but the cub was more capable than she had anticipated.
It smiled maliciously.
“Trap her!” Staring at a corner of the cave, the small Demon Chimpanzee gave the command.
Feng Wu looked up, and her pupils contracted.
On the ceiling of the cave was a giant spider web. The strings were resilient, shiny, and as sharp as blades!
Hearing the small Demon Chimpanzee’s command, the spider web fell down toward Feng Wu.
“Hahaha —”
The small Demon Chimpanzee smirked.
The look on Feng Wu’s face turned serious.
The Bloodsea Horse had lured Seven away, and Little Phoenix had caught the attention of the Demon Chimpanzee. Both of them were in grave danger, and their lives might be hanging in the balance. The least she could do was take care of this little chimpanzee!
One of her sleeves suddenly stretched out. It then wrapped around the chimpanzee’s ankle and dragged it toward the entrance.
The cub was used to doing whatever it wanted in its mother’s territory. It would eat whatever magical beasts it wanted and destroy anything it felt like.
Its good days were over, now that it had met Feng Wu.
As Feng Wu was dragging it toward the opening of the cave, the spider web fell down toward her.
“Catch her!”
Infuriated, the cub yelled at the Demon Spider.
“No problem, young master!” said the Demon Spider in excitement.
Unfortunately —
They had underestimated Feng Wu’s speed.
The moment the spider web fell, Feng Wu dashed forward as fast as she could.
Whoosh —
The spider web just happened to miss her.
Instead, it fell on top of the small chimpanzee!
