Feng Wu jumped out of the tree and met Feng Xun’s gaze.
She was ready to embrace the storm.
Feng Xun stared at Feng Wu like there were flames in his eyes.
“Tell me the truth: Are you Feng Xiaowu of Northern Border City?”
Feng Xun said matter-of-factly, “Aye.”
“Aye”? What kind of an answer was that?
Feng Xun wanted to smack her on the head.
“Think very carefully before you answer. Are you really the ugly girl who stole Boss Jun’s Immortal Spiritual Fruit?”
Feng Wu said, “Aye.”
Stop with the “Aye” already!
“You really are her!”
Feng Wu said, “Yes, really.”
Feng Xun said, “Why did you admit it so fast? Aren’t you afraid of me?!”

Feng Wu chuckled.
Feng Xun glared at her. “You shouldn’t be laughing!”
Feng Wu whimpered.
Feng Xun didn’t know what to say.
When he saw her big eyes and adorable face, he couldn’t bring himself to say anything harsh.
He said, “I can live with the fact that you’ve lied to me, but do you know how serious the consequence is?
“The fruit was supposed to be Bao Er’s medicine. If Boss Jun knows that you are the ugly girl, he’ll kill you!”
Feng Wu said, “I… don’t think so.”.
