Mo Liuxi stayed silent. He didn’t want to believe Nian Junting.
“I tried to get her attention because I wanted to make her feel bad,” he said. He didn’t want to be with her. She had a baby with some other guy already. He would never forgive her for that. He couldn’t possibly pretend like it never happened.
However, he couldn’t forget about her either. He didn’t want to become a stranger to her.
He had never struggled so much.
“I hate her.” He leaned against the guardrail, letting out the three words.
Well, he’s really damaged, Nian Junting thought. He even used the word ‘hate’. He thought he loved her, but where could the hatred come from?
“It’s good.” Nian Junting agreed with Mo Liuxi. “Since you hate her, you have to constantly try to make her feel bad. Only when she’s unhappy can you be happy. That’s the only way.”
Mo Liuxi didn’t know what to say. He knew Nian Junting couldn’t possibly give him good advice.
Nian Junting continued by saying, “You have to show up before her every single day. She’ll collapse sooner or later. You have to make her lose her mind and slap you in the face. When she does that, kiss her aggressively, and after that kiss, you can tell her that you hate her. She’ll definitely fall for you.”
“Is that how you treated my sister before?”
“Of course not,” said Nian Junting blandly. “They’re rebroadcasting the TV drama called Meteor Garden. Your sister watched it and said it’s great. She said the boys in that drama are so hot and decent. I tried to talk her out of watching something so tedious, but she refused to listen. She’s as tasteless as Yan Su is, and that’s why the two of them are best friends. I think they both like being treated by boys in that way. In a relationship, you can either die with silence or explode in silence. It depends on what you choose.”
“Bye,” Mo Liuxi said.
“Wait! The most important thing, be shameless…”
Mo Liuxi ended the call directly. He felt that Nian Junting could become a screenwriter and create quite cliche romantic dramas.

He walked back into the bar and saw Yan Su and Shi Xiang talking to each other quietly.
Suddenly, he felt that something Nian Junting said was right. He couldn’t tear them apart, but he could disgust them. He picked up a bottle of wine and quickly walked toward the microphone.
“He’s not going to sing a song, is he?” Li Ming gave a start.
“Why on earth does he want to do that?” Ji Nuanyi wanted to leave. Before, while the crew was producing the film, the crew members used to go to karaoke together. As everybody knew, Mo Liuxi was handsome, and his voice was beautiful, but he was terrible at singing. It didn’t matter if he sang in a VIP room with his friends but singing in such a public place could be rather embarrassing.
Yan Su noticed what he was doing and her mouth corners twitched.
Who gave him confidence?
It was hard to find the background music of a Chinese song in a bar in Venice, so was he going to sing an English song?
When the song title “My Boyfriend is Gay” showed up on the screen, Yan Su choked on a mouthful of water.
She was stunned.
As a singer, she had listened to many songs written in Chinese and other languages. She knew the song “My Boyfriend is Gay” quite well. It was sung by the female singer Hailey Rowe. The song told a story about a girl buying her boyfriend a birthday gift, but in the end, she found out that her boyfriend was gay. He was with another boy.
Hailey Rowe had a sweet and silvery voice. The song could not be sung by a man.
What on earth had happened to Mo Liuxi?
Many other people in the bar had seen the title of the song and started whistling and screaming. The atmosphere was instantly boosted.
Ji Nuanyi covered her ears, turned to Yan Su and said, “Su, can you please get on the stage? I’ll lose my interest in music if I hear him sing that song.”
