Golden Scripture Ultimate Seal fell in an arc of golden light from the sky.
Even Wu Yu could feel the power imbued within this seal. It was much stronger than anything Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva had thrown at him before this!
"Majestic buddha Mystique, Ksitigarbha’s Self!"
Even as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva shook in fear, he still activated his huge black buddha world, triggering an ominous energy.
The huge black buddha world halted the Golden Scripture Ultimate Seal’s progress, a wall of dark bronze powered by some sort of baleful energy.

Versus majestic buddha Mystique Ksitigarbha’s Self!
The two moves were among the most powerful ever witnessed in the two immortal domains.
In one of the deepest levels of Hell, the two titanic beings grappled, sending shockwaves that caused the entire hell to shudder.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was very strong indeed. After activating Ksitigarbha’s Self, he seemed to have become encased in metal, becoming even more resilient.
However, Xuanzang was still a tad stronger than he was.
In the next instant, his dark armor cracked under Golden Scripture Ultimate Seal, and then his entire buddha world was subdued.
The golden light seemed to light up the entire hell.
"Vajra Pestle!"
From his sleeves, Xuanzang pulled out a short golden demon-banishing rod. It was an epochal immortal treasure!
The Vajra Pestle shone with a kaleidoscope of colors, caging the already injured Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva within - both trueform and buddha world together.
As the Vajra Pestle trapped Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, Afterlife Hell finally fell silent again.
As the golden light faded, the Vajra Pestle returned to Xuanzang’s sleeve, as though nothing had ever happened.
However, Wu Yu could see that the black mist here in Afterlife Hell was much thinner now that Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was gone.
It was clearing even now, becoming less and less imposing.
"Wu Yu, let’s go back." Xuanzang stowed the Vajra Pestle safely and called a little sadly.
"Mm." Wu Yu nodded.
He knew that the intense battle here had shaken the whole of Afterlife Hell and more. The Jade Emperor and the others would be here soon.
They had to make haste and leave before that.
Using the Ruyi Jingu Bang’s Immortal Domain Bridge Mystique, he again pulled out the gateway to brign them back to Heavenly Buddha’s Domain.
The golden vortex vanished behind them.
Not long after they left, the Ten Kings of Hell hastened to the scene, but found that they were too late. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva had already been taken away, and Afterlife Hell stood empty.
The signs of intense battle were still marked all around, but there was no one to be seen.
The Ten Kings of Hell looked at each other with grave concern, and called the Jade Emperor over immediately.
Two consecutive disruptions in Heavenly Domain by the outsiders was not a good sign.
The Jade Emperor himself did not know who they were. He had lost all memories of that time, and could not recall a thing about Xuanzang.

Wu Yu and Xuanzang returned to Heavenly Buddha’s Domain, relieved that all had gone well.
On this trip to hell, Wu Yu had seen immortal buddha techniques of the highest level, which far outclassed anything he could throw.
If he wanted to defeat opponents of this level, he would have to cultivate his butt off for a long time.
Luckily, Xuanzang had stepped in to take down Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva with his Vajra Pestle epochal immortal treasure.
"Grandmaster, are you going to take Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva’s immediately to restore the Immortal Buddha World Core?" Wu Yu asked upon their return.
To Wu Yu, there was nothing to hesitate about in using the life of this nefarious traitor to repair the World Core.
However, Xuanzang shook his head slightly.
He said gently: "I alone cannot restore the Immortal Buddha World Core. However, I have two old friends who were imprisoned by the Jade Emperor back in the day, in a place called Sumeru World."
"Sumeru World is a liminal space between Heavenly Buddha’s Domain and Heavenly Domain, and a dangerous place to get to! My two good friends are called Samantabhadra the Universal Worthy and Manjusri the Gentle Glory. Together with Ksitigarbha and Guanyin they were regarded as the Four Great Bodhisattvas. Alas......."
Wu Yu understood now
Back in the day, the Four Great Bodhisattvas had served under Xuanzang, and Guanyin Pusa had been the highest ranked amongst them.
Now Xuanzang was alone, and unable to put the Immortal Buddha World Core back together. Therefore, he had to save his two friends out from Sumeru World.
"How can we get to Sumeru World?"
Wu Yu asked.
"We will have to rely on the Ruyi Jingu Bang again."
Xuanzang explained. "I have been pondering the question of how to remove more seals from the Ruyi Jingu Bang. Finally today, I have some insight. Wu Yu, if you are willing to hand over the Ruyi Jingu Bang to your grandmaster, I am able to release the sixth seal. It is called Sumeru Passage and will take us to Sumeru World."
Wu Yu considered this.
The Ruyi Jingu Bang was more important than anything else to him, but Xuanzang was someone he trusted. Besides, activating the Ruyi Jingu Bang’s seals was a good thing for him as well.
He didn’t overthink it. If Xuanzang wanted to hurt him and take the Ruyi Jingu Bang, he could have done so all too easily. There was no need to ask.
"Alright."
Wu Yu agreed and handed over the Ruyi Jingu Bang.
Xuanzang did not look exceptionally thrilled. After all, he was just borrowing it.
However, he did have a pleased smile on his face at the possibility of being able to rescue his friends.
"Wu Yu, the Ruyi Jingu Bang’s Sumeru Passage Mystique not only allows one passage into Sumeru World, but can also draw upon Sumeru World’s powers to attack your foes. Wait here for a moment, while I go to break the seal!"
Xuanzang’s eyes were fixed on the Ruyi Jingu Bang, and it was as if he had seen through all of its seals in an instant.
After all, this was the epochal immortal treasure of his former disciple, Great Sage, Heaven’s Equal!
He was definitely more familiar with the Ruyi Jingu Bang compared to Wu Yu. Being able to undo the seals was to be expected.
