“Yes, they came!” Wu Hanning nodded slightly.
She stood up and retrieved a great-colored ink stick from a small grid on a wooden cabinet, then she noted softly, “When a person grinds an ink stick, the ink stick polishes the person. One must remain calm as it’s a process that tempers one’s heart.” Following that, Wu Hanning added some clear water to the ink slab—not too much, not too little. Accompanied by a yellow light, her force was moderate and perpendicular, causing a grinding sound between the inkstone and the slab to be heard. He looked around and sighed a breath of relief after he confirmed that nobody was around, then he sighed and thought, ‘This power’s too strong, and I’m still not used to it yet. Luckily, Master didn’t see me.’
Before long, slow knocks were heard at the door.
Wu Hanning put down her brush and chuckled. “Coming!”
Once the door was opened, the big man was seen touching his head while he shouted, “Master!” His voice carried spiritual power that directly stirred up a strong wind.
Ou Yangming was clearly stunned. He exclaimed, “You’re Multi-armed King Kong?”
The big man touched his head again and answered, “Yes.”
Ou Yangming lamented. He shook his head and asked, “You’ve learned the Changing Art?”
Multi-armed King Kong nodded. “Once I become a Venerable One, I’m able to change my body size. Besides, the art isn’t difficult to learn at all. I mainly spent over a month to stabilize my boundary, which is why I’ve only come to visit now.”
Ou Yangming nodded. The scene where Li Xin and the 10,000 Beasts Venerable One fought previously was still vivid to him. Back when the 10,000 Beasts Venerable One revealed its true body while Li Xin also transformed into a giant red figure, he was deeply shocked.
He waved his hand and said, “Let’s go and see how powerful you’ve become after advancing into a Venerable One.”

He then looked at the goshawk and asked, “Goshawk, what do you think!”
The goshawk sighed and inhaled water mist in the air. It was fearful when it recalled the scene earlier, but it quickly answered, “Venerable Ones can only be resisted by Venerable Ones. They have too much of an advantage as they can borrow the universe’s power for their own. Moreover, I feel that while Multi-armed has just stabilized its boundary, its strength is probably at the early stage of a peak Venerable One already.”
A Rudimentary Venerable One and a rudimentary top-grade Venerable One might not sound far apart, but they were in the Venerable One’s boundary!
