As the meeting resumed in the Elysian Universe, Noah was already moving forward as the Primordial Ruination Clone was sent into the Necrotic Universe to begin the mission of Universal Conquest.
He was moving relentlessly for his goals as the Hegemonies of the Primordial Cosmos proposed their own methods to battle the risen group of Chronos and the Goliath that were chasing Antiquity!
Oathkeeper reappeared in front of them as he handed out a unique object, this being the item he was preparing the past hours. It was a golden set of wings that fit in the palm of one's hands, a unique type of item that had a shocking usage.

An Ultimate Do Weapon...and Oathkeeper had forged hundreds of them in the span of a single night as he handed them to all the Hegemonies that were now considered allies, as well as Noah and all others that had sworn the Oath.
It was for the purpose of quickly sharing information while being able to call for aid at any moment that one came in contact with the forces working with Chronos!
The mission that everyone left the Universal Banquet with after that…was to gather information on the 9 affected Universes as they looked for methods to enter and find a way to destroy the 9 Universal Constructs that were currently the fulcrums on the continuing Universal Amalgamation.
Oathkeeper and the others had many ideas on how to proceed, Noah staying silent for the one he created for himself as after the meeting was done the Hegemonies spread out to start covering the many regions of the Cosmos that held the boundaries of the affected Universes.
As for Noah...his plan was to gather a crazy amount of Marks of Ruination through the conquest of the affected Universes, forming his own Universal Seed as when this point came...he could boldly be like Oathkeeper and reveal his Cosmic Treasure, overpowering the shockingly powerful beings like Chronos and the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos!
But...this was thinking too far ahead as at this moment, Noah's Primordial Ruination Clone stood floating in a corner of the Necrotic Universe.
It was dreary and cold in the chaotic void of this Universe, the aura of the law of Death being abundant as this entire universe was an endless land of death!
Terrifying Liches, Abyssal Undead, Ghouls, Galactic Zombies...a terrifying amount of undead permeated throughout as this was a Universe that didn't have any organization, quintillions upon quintillions of Undead spread out across the expansive Universe as very few regions held any organizations.
These were the areas where powerful Lich Emperors or the existences that had stepped on the path of the Cosmic Dao of Necromancy made their homes, causing for clusters of trillions of powerful Undead to crown on Galaxy Clusters and Dead Star Systems.
The Hegemonies of this Universe who comprehended the Cosmic Dao of Necromancy couldn't touch him due to the restrictions of the Universal Constructs...so all his enemies were just the myriad of Undead Paragons spread throughout the Necrotic Universe!
He had to subjugate all of them and make the forces below them pledge fealty, causing the number of his Marks of Ruination to spill over a Billion as at this moment, he was infinitely close.
The trillions more beings in the Animus Universe that had sworn fealty after the battle had ended and his clones and Animus Summons helped spread his influence to the far reaches of the Holy Lands of all the Bloodline Races, the number of the Marks of Ruination had exploded even more as he nearly achieved 1 Billion at this moment!
Nearly 2% of his 50 Billion Marks of Ruination that he could use to forge Dao Galaxies and form enough connections to birth a Universal Seed!
THRUM!
His body vibrated with power as he thought about all this, this figure of the Tyrant Dragon changing as an aura of death began to spread from Noah, his skeletal outline changing as he gradually changed to become a titanous crimson skeleton that had golden flames burning in his sockets.
An obsidian robe draped over him an instant later as a crimson skull staff appeared in his hands- Noah looking like a massive Undead Lich Emperor at this moment as his crimson staff smashed on the deathly chaotic void.
DING!
A ringing of a bell that seemed to be inviting something, and it was the calling of the Nether Lich Emperor under Noah's command, this terrifying Lich rising from the chaotic void as it released a horrendous aura of death, its rise only followed by the auras of millions more of undead beginning to emerge from the void!
KEKEKE!
It released the dreadful aura of a Paragon as its obsidian flames bowed reverentially towards Noah, its staff glowing brilliantly with the essence of two Cosmic Daos that Noah infused this skill with as this Nether Lich utilized [Sagely Necrolords] to call forth 100 beings below its level.
This meant that in the next few seconds, the auras of 100 Abyssal Undead Monarchs of various types began to rise up, the numbers of undead continuing to balloon up as gradually, a vast legion was forming!
But this wasn't all.
For this instance, Noah had prepared himself to utilize some of his Billions of Skill Points on a truly special tree that would be suited for the conquest of a Universe filled with Undead.
