Sima You Yue kept Flowey and Little Dream away. The remains of a few of their dishes lay on the table.
“A perfectly good meal was ruined by them.” Di Wu lamented.
“Weren’t you full by the time those people came?” Sima You Yue said.
He had finished eating all that she had prepared. It was the remaining fruits that he didn’t get to finish.
“Is that thing of yours safe?” Mu Si asked, “I heard that the secret art of the Pang Clan is particularly powerful. That is, after all, your contracted beast. If they find you, you’ll be in trouble.”
“Relax, it’ll be fine.” Sima You Yue said confidently.
If it was just in her contracted space, the trail might still lead to her. However, Flowey was inside the spirit pagoda. That was a different space. Even if the secret art led them there, they would not be able to find her.

Mu Si kowtowed to her twice, saying, “Please, save my father! If you’re around, you’ll definitely be able to find him!”
Sima You Yue looked at him. She didn’t think that he would have this request. She didn’t ignore him and took out a chair and sat down, saying, “I have things I need to do. You know this.”
“I know, which is why I do not need you to help me immediately. Once you are done, could you help me find my father?” Mu Si asked.

“So Sima Liu Xuan is your father.” Mu Lian Jie smiled lightly.
“That’s right. Where is he now?”
“I don’t know where he is either. I only know that he disappeared over at the sunset mountains as well. I have to head over and look for him to know.” Mu Lian Jie said, “Child, I want to entrust something to you.”
“What?”
“If I am dead by the time you find me, I wish for you to take Mu Si and leave this place.”
Sima You Yue thought about it for a moment and said, “Okay.”
Mu Lian Jie went back into a deep sleep after receiving her promise. It seemed like this was all he planned to say to her. He had to preserve his energy for when his child entered to give him instructions.
