TL: I’m really bad at translating idioms into English :X Literally: The river flows to the east for thirty years and to the west for the next thirty, do not bully the youth(s) just because they are poor.
Basically, it means that the tides would turn and the youths will become strong, so don’t pick on them just because they seem like they are nothing now.
Anyway, this idiom has been used in Battle Through The Heavens (In the start, when the fiancee sent someone to withdraw their marriage, Xiao Yan said these words)
Not sure which book he refers to, but the earlier usage of it was in The Scholars by Wu Jingzi.

Aura: 气息
I’m just going to use aura for this word. This word kind of means breath. For an analogy, it is like chakra in Naruto (sort of but not exactly alike) Just like when Naruto gets angry, his chakra boils.
