And it was very possible that the Little Buddhas would become the gods’ specially grown meat suits. Or perhaps the Little Buddhas would replace the original gods, and become fake gods.
“Shifter Emperor, should we leave this place soon? I think this place is getting creepier by the second,” Ling Luo said to Jiang Feng as she felt nervous after scanning around and looking at the creepy Little Buddhas in the air.
Jiang Feng then looked further into the sky. He was not sure when the entire place had become red, but it had become very frightening.

Next, something even scarier happened. The monsters that were lying on the ground had exploded one by one, transforming into a mist of blood before floating into the air.

All the Little Buddhas sitting on the silken road had stopped chanting the mantras, and all stood up and began to consume the blood mist.

Deicide appeared in his hand as he called out coldly. It began to grow larger and larger.
He swept his staff across the air, and many of the silken roads in the air were torn apart and hundreds of Little Buddhas were thrown into the air.

The Little Buddhas that had been thrown out stabilized themselves in the air as their eyes locked into him. With a cold cry, they all came straight toward Jiang Feng.
“Hehe… Shifter Emperor, the blood mists that the monsters turned into were very useful. Not only can they be used to heal wounds, but they can also increase your attributes.” Hundun’s voice came to him just when he saw that the Little Buddhas were about to attack him and he was ready to leave.

Before they could even get close, he held the giant Deicide and swept it toward them.

The Little Buddhas that were rushing toward them were once again struck away.
When the members of the five Sacred Tribes heard Jiang Feng’s orders, they all rushed into the blood mist and kept on draining the blood mist.
The bodies of the White Tigers and Green Dragons that were originally drained by the Insectoids into walking mummies were slowly becoming filled with life again after absorbing the blood mist.

“Black Ice Shield!”
“Defending Fortress!”

The Vermillion Birds defending in front unleashed a gigantic blazing barrier in unison, surrounding them all within.
The Black Tortoises also created a colossal black ice shield together, surrounding the outside of the flaming barrier.
The Undying Stone Apes smashed the ground. As the ground cracked opened, cylindrical pillars shot out from the ground and formed a wall outside the black ice shield.
In order to guarantee Jiang Feng’s safety during his evolution, the three tribes used three different types of defensive skills which could at least get around ten minutes for Jiang Feng.
