After floating for a while, Jiang Feng noticed that a swarm of black shadows was flying toward the floating island.
He was stunned. He had never thought that there would be living things in space.
As the shadows approached, he noticed that they were a group of crows.
The crows were quite special too, having blue eyes and feathers as black as night. Their size was quite large as well, about the same size as a Blazing Eagle.

While the crows’ stats were quite normal, it was quite difficult for Jiang Feng to deal with them.

If he were damaged once or twice while dealing with the swarm of undying crows around him, he would be instantly slain. The risk was too big.
Luckily, the Undying Crows could not deal much damage to the Floating Island. Otherwise, he would be dead.

When Little Fan saw the Undying Crows that kept on attacking the defensive barrier, he became excited somehow and jumped toward the outside of the barrier.
“Boy, what are you doing?!” When Jiang Feng saw that, he was nervous as he quickly went to catch Little Fan.
Unfortunately, Little Fan was too fast and he appeared outside of the Floating Island in the blink of an eye.
He then saw that the Undying Crows that were attacking the defensive barrier had all stopped when they saw Little Fan appear in front of them. They all blinked their deep blue eyes as they tilted their heads, staring right at Little Fan.
Obviously even they were surprised at Little Fan’s boldness.
When Jiang Feng saw this moment, he became extremely nervous.
If Little Fan were to be killed, he would be sent back to his mother’s womb for his rebirth. His power would then be greatly reduced.
He did not care much if he would become weak, but if Little Fan was killed, he would be filled with guilt as it was his responsibility as the father.
He took out Deicide and stood at the edge of the Floating Island. As soon as the Undying Crows attack Little Fan, he would attack without hesitation.

When Little Fan saw the Undying Crows surrounding him, he cried out in joy. In the next moment, he also turned into the form of an Undying Crow after a snapping sound.
What was different was that the Undying Crow that he turned into had a pair of blood-red eyes. And his feathers were not entirely black but were purplish black. There was a horn on his head, and he was about one size larger than the normal Undying Crows.
Once he turned into an Undying Crow, he then turned to Jiang Feng and said, “Daddy, I… play…”
With that, he flapped his wings and led the group of Undying Crows, and flew in space in joy.
And what was stranger was that the Undying Crows treated him as their leader, and even followed him respectfully.
“This is strange, I understand my son less and less. While it is logical for him to have the ability to shapeshift, it is quite unique for him to shapeshift into a monster type’s leader,” Jiang Feng said in surprise as he looked at Little Fan playing with a group of Undying Crows.
And since Little Fan was alright and had even become the leader of the Undying Crows, he no longer needed to worry about him. He continued steering the Floating Island toward the Shifters’ Ruins.
After about half an hour, he finally reached the planet where the Shifters’ Ruins were at.
The planet was extremely huge. Compared to it, the Floating Island was like a small islet.
The entire planet was barren. There was nothing else other than dead forests.
The dead forests were the nest of the Undying Crows. Little Fan, who had transformed into an Undying Crow, was communicating with the flock of Undying Crows happily.
Jiang Feng did not have the time to care about what they were communicating about, and he instead flew behind the planet.
Behind the planet was the Shifters’ Ruins.
After circling the planet for another half an hour, he finally reached the other side of the planet and saw an ancient castle on it.
When he saw that, he did not hesitate to steer the Floating Island toward the planet’s atmosphere.
As for Little Fan, Jiang Feng could observe his status and force him to teleport to him at any time because he was his son. Therefore, he was comfortable with leaving Little Fan on the other side of the planet in the forest.
Since he was still a child, there was nothing wrong with him playing like that. When he had grown up, he would not be able to play even if he wanted to as his responsibility would grow along with his age.

And that was the destination of his journey this time. The Shifters’ Ruins!
As he looked from on top of the Shifters’ Ruins, he saw a statue hundreds of meters tall in the middle of the ruins. It was very eye-catching.
The statue was the previous Shifter Emperor, Donghuang Taiyi.
Looking at the Shifters’ Ruins, he became very excited as he quickly flew toward the Shifters’ Ruins.
In about ten minutes, he finally arrived on top of the Shifters’ Ruins.
He stopped the Floating Island in the air, and he then summoned the Somersault Cloud and headed straight to the largest building in the middle of the Shifters’ Ruins.
That was where the Shifter Emperor City was at within the Shifters’ Ruins. It was much bigger than the Shifter Emperor Palace in the Ancient City.
Once he had landed within the Shifter Emperor City, he then headed toward a structure that looked like a grand palace within the city’s parameters.
When he was on his way there, he summoned Shen Luo and said, “Shen Luo, can you help me see if there are any treasures here.”
Shen Luo closed his eyes and began sensing, but suddenly began to cry, “Ah… I have finally returned! The Shifters’ Sanctuary! Oh, I missed this place! If elder sister Ya Di were here, she would be so happy.”
When he saw how Shen Luo was reacting, Jiang Feng somehow felt sad as well.
His guess was that Shen Luo was created in this place. And she was brought along with Ya Di when she left. She never expected that she would leave this place for ten thousand years before returning. It would be difficult not to feel some sorrow and remorse over it, and so Jiang Feng did not disturb her.
“My apologies, Shifter Emperor. I lost control of myself just now,” Shen Luo said as she brushed away her tears. “Since this is the Sanctuary, there is no need for me to sense anything.
