Afterword 

Thanks to you, we have made it through volume 4. 

Now then, even though I don’t have much to write about for these afterwords, it feels a bit awkward to do the character submissions thing every time, so I won’t do it now. We are still accepting submissions for new characters, though, so for the details please see volume 3. Furthermore, since volume 4 is just a continuation of volume 3, no new characters were used. The next characters will appear in volume 5, so please send in your ideas! 

On that note, allow me to explain some things about this volume. As I said, volume 4 is a direct continuation of volume 3. I’m so glad that I was able to get volume 4 out. If it hadn’t happened, the series would have ended in a weird place. Also, the overall story started in volume 1 has now come to a sort of close. But our protagonists have only just obtained a clue leading to the path back home, so their story is still planned to continue. 

For a bit of behind-the-scenes info, the plot of this series is linked in some ways to that of “My Big Sister Lives In a Fantasy World,” published by HJ Bunko. A few of the characters are related. If you haven’t read that series, it won’t affect your enjoyment of this one, though. It’s really just me playing around a bit, so if you are interested, please feel free to read that series as well. 

Next, please allow me to advertise a bit. The publication of “Harumi, the Mimic with Beautiful Legs — The Legend of the Rise of a Reborn Monster In Another World” has been confirmed. This book will also be released by Earth Star Novels. The illustrator will be Yuunagi. Now that this book has been released, that one should be coming out at any time...I think. It’s a strange story about a treasure box monster that has grown arms and legs, and I think it turned out quite well, so if it sounds interesting to you, please read it.

I would like to think of some sort of welcome plan eventually. To commemorate the release of volume 4, I plan to have a steep discount, so please check it out. On that note, though, the price of bitcoin has continued to go up. If it doesn’t come back down, I won’t be able to join in on it, so I’m feeling a little helpless...

To the illustrator, Chisato Naruse, thank you for your wonderful illustrations, and thank you as always for your countdown illustrations leading up to the release of the last volume. They are always incredible. I especially liked Yogiri’s Dragon Quest cosplay. 

Finally, about volume 5: I haven’t heard anything about the series being canceled yet, so it should be coming out. But of course, the future is a mystery, so once again I ask for your continued support.
