Chapter 289




Said, it feels like heaven holding someone you love dearly .

Nothing I could dream but to stay forever by her side . And thinking of losing her one day is a nightmare for me — it will haunt either on daytime or nights .

As I went on brushing my lips into her smooth skin, I held her and never wished to separate from this girl . But we need to breathe and catch some air .

My hands wanted to explore every part of her body as I lower my kisses to her ears and collarbone . Resisting, I did bite the tip of her left ear .

I assume it tickled her as she gasped and murmur my name . As I drew my head down into her neck, she takes a grasp on my back, holding the cloth tight . Partway, I pulled my head to take a peek on her shoulder where I left a bite the other night . Seeing still there, so I smiled .

My fingers tracing her collar to her shoulder blade as I uttered the words one more time .

"I love you . "

Again, I began planting kisses on her shoulder blade — where the mark left out . It tempts me to create another, but I resisted the urge .

"I love you, Cassandra Marivella Chen Young . "

I mumbled to distract myself . . . Not long after, I heard her cackle and sweet voice as she responds .



"I love you too, Director Shun Crow . "

Ah . . . she is being naughty . This will help to detract me from being aroused .

"Silly girl must punish, but I'll spoil you instead," I said, nibbling her other ear . I lift my head then look at her blushing cheeks .

"I better head to Levi's room before a red flag rose," I mumble but remained to watch her reaction .

She looks puzzled at the beginning, but later on, her face flushing red as she understands my words . I chuckled as I observed her cute reaction .

I dragged my body aside from hers while my eyes never leave her face . . .   she was alluring beneath my eyes; tempting to touch her further .

"I have to go . " I sighed, frustration was on my voice because I don't want her to disappear from my sight .

I am about to get up from the bed when I felt her palm on my left wrist .

"Don't leave," she told me .

Emotion engulfing me at the moment . I don't want too .



"But I don't want to break your parent's trust in me . " I have to think of a convincing excuse because the invitation is too tempting .

"No problem!" She replied then sat up from the bed .

I watched her as she moves to the other side of the bed and then placed a huge pillow between us .

I somewhat understand what she is doing . We will share a bed but a small wall between us . This is better though . I smirked as I go back to the bed and settled down on the space she set for me .

She pulls the blanket and covers her body till her neck . I laugh . She was cute .

I similarly cover myself, but only half of my body . I lay on my right side to ogle at her until she falls asleep which she also lay on her left side and staring at me .


There are no words that come out from our mouth, but our eyes talked . I noticed she places her right hand on the pillow between us, so I reach for it and held by both of my palms; kissing it .

We hold each other hand until we then fall asleep . . .

During the evening at Montfort House . . .



I was playing with Keida when suddenly my head was in great pain again .

What is happening to me lately? I do really begin wondering .

As Quinn accompanied Levi for a joy ride, I was trying to occupy myself; playing with the kids not only Keida but also Larry and Loura's children .  

Blaire did also chatted with me for a while, but she needed to take an early rest . Said, her body wanted for her to get more rest lately as she was often sleepy .

Being pregnant looks exciting . Thus she blushed from thinking about it .

I looked around and found my parents talking to Quinn's parents . I approached them . Instantly, I saw mom Lily's warming smile while pulling me to sit beside her .

I blushed when she asked me if I already chose what kind of wedding gown I preferred to wear on my big day . My heart flutters and suddenly filled with excitement thinking about me walking on the aisle, and Quinn waiting in front of the altar .

I can't wait .

But my father's reaction is priceless . I know, he wanted to object to this kind of topic . I did understand that he worries I get married at an early age . He must be thinking I will become a mother at such a young age when I supposed to enjoy my teen years foremost .

That is why I decided to speak with Quinn tomorrow or later if they came back early . Perhaps a better idea to finish college before we get married and start our own family .

We can go on dates and spending a lot of time together being my boyfriend and me as his girlfriend . Yet, I am hoping he would like this kind of setup . I just wanted to understand my parents wished for me to enjoy my life to the fullest .

However, I do believe that I will have a happy and fulfilling life as Quinn's wife .

Ugh . My head . The pain attacking me once again . So I excuse myself .

"Um . . . Mama, Papa, Auntie Lily, and Uncle Henry, I will head to bed first," I informed them .

The adults continued chatting as I headed to my bedroom . A chambermaid greeted me in the hallway, and so I asked some medicine for a headache . I then took a hot shower and waited for my request .

The chambermaid brings a glass of milk and the medicine I requested . I thanked her then take my medicine .

Gladly, the pain subsided instantly but sleep escaped from me . I remember then, there are books in this bedroom . I step out of bed and stride toward the coffee table . I check out what Book is interesting to read . After choosing one, I went back to bed and began reading .

I guess I was reading in the middle of the story when I feel like I am losing consciousness . And when I woke up, I felt like; I am trapped inside someone's body .

Where I am? The place is familiar but why I appeared in this place? Is this a dream? I don't understand .

But the person who I could see in the reflection from a window car is a younger me .

Yes, it is definitely me . How did it happen? How do I end up here? I am confused .
