“Listen to me, Su Yu, nothing will happen to me . Huo Siqian’s behind all of this . He knows everything that happened and designed every stage of this case . I swear on my life that he has many eyes in prison and he’d never let me die . ”
“But he’s a psycho . Even if he doesn’t kill you, he would still never let you be with Qin Chu . You can’t gamble with your life on a psychopath . ” Su Yu almost jumped out of his chair .
Huo Mian bit down on her lips, lowering her head slowly…
“I don’t have another choice… maybe this isn’t the worst ending…”
“No… you have other options . You still have me . I’ll get you out, I promise . Once you’re out, you can do whatever you want . Whether you leave the country with Qin Chu, or stay here and change your identity, it’s all up to you . I will never let you die . I will definitely get you out of this stupid place,” Su Yu promised .
“Su Yu…” Huo Mian seemed like she wanted to say more, but she was cut off by a voice outside the door .
“Young Master Su, time’s almost up . Please hurry . ”
Su Yu nodded and stood up a little…
“Su Yu, could you please tell Qin Chu something for me?”
“What?”
“Tell him to leave this place first . He has to leave . Once I get out, I’ll go find him . ”
