“I don’t need money, just take it back . ” Su Yu looked down at the amount on the check; it was the amount he secretly lent her .

“I don’t need money either, Qin Chu left me with a lot of money in the Swiss bank account . GK may be managed by someone else right now, but Qin Chu told Uncle Qin to send me five million yuan every month, so I really don’t need the money . I paid back the money the four of you lent me back then, but my assistant said that you secretly transferred more than you said you did… I have to give this money back to you . ”

Su Yu looked down at the cheque again . “I didn’t lend you guys this much though . ”

“Just take it, consider it as interest…”

“Don’t say that…” Su Yu complained, but Huo Mian replied in all seriousness, “But I don’t know how else to thank you . You don’t need anything, but I want to express my gratitude… doing it with money is the only way I can think of, don’t blame me . ”

Upon seeing her expression, Su Yu immediately folded . “Let’s go, I’m driving . ”

In order to not attract attention, Su Yu got GK to send a white Range Rover that belonged to an executive to the hospital .

45 minutes later, Huo Mian sat on the passenger seat of the car as she looked up at the skyscraper before her, her expression sad and complicated .

They watched as the employees walked out of the building one by one; Huo Mian didn’t say a word but watched as Bella left the company, getting onto her car while speaking on the phone .

Soon, she saw Yang… and his expression seemed more depressed than usual . Without Qin Chu there, he was no more than a lonely assistant .

Su Yu decided to speak up, “Huo Mian, it’s getting late, sitting there like that is tiring . Let’s go back . ”

“Mhm . ” Huo Mian nodded .

On their way back to the hospital, Huo Mian didn’t make a sound . Her eyes were glazed over, but Su Yu didn’t know what she was thinking about .
