If the Yuan crystals could be taken away, Lu Mingshu would bring a pile of it home.
Yan Wugui threw it at Jiang Yuan casually and signalled for them to continue their journey. “Let’s get going and look for more.”
Jiang Yuan shook the bag filled with Yuan crystals and looked at them. “Do you guys want some? Will give you better quality ones and a better price.”
“Nah.” Lu Mingshu shook her head. “Top ten is good enough for us, and the more prince Jiang has, the higher the chances are for you to get top three.”
Hearing this, Jiang Yuan thanked them gladly and promised to award them with huge rewards. “Thank you for being so generous, I’ll definitely reward you heavily later on.”
The both of them thanked her calmly, and this made Jiang Yuan trust them even more.
“There’s somebody there!”, Jiang Yuan suddenly retreated.
A ray of red light flew past their heads.

“It’s an average amount, but I think you guys have more.” Qin Jun laughed and looked towards the girl. “This….”
“She promised to not fight for the Yuan crystals. Let her follow us.” Jiang Yuan smiled.
Qin Jun understood and nodded. “Okay.”
The team moved for a while, and Qin Jun initiated the conversation. “Brother Jiang, since we met again, why not we team up together?”
“Okay!” Jiang Yuan followed the currents. “I feel safer with brother Qin on my side.”
Both parties had the same thoughts. Chu Zhengyan and the floating cloud gentleman had already joined forces, and if they were to go separately, they might get taken down by them individually. So, forming a temporary alliance now was the best idea. ~Priority is to take the other two down first.~

“Who is that?” Chu Zhengyan yelled.
A guy in black rolled out of the bushes. His clothes were torn and covered with blood.
“Please spare me!” Seeing them, the guy immediately shouted. “I am willing to hand over all my crystals.”
Chu Zhengyan and the floating cloud gentleman share a glance.
“Who injured you?” Chu Zhengyan asked.
“Just now, I met Prince Qin. Miss Yu’s crystals were all snatched away, but I barely got away in time.” The guy replied and smiled bitterly. “I wanted to look for a place to hide until the end of the debate, but unlucky me, I met Prince Chu and the floating cloud gentleman. Please spare my life and look out for me, I’ll give you all my crystals.”
“You do have a clear view of things.” Chu Zhengyan took his Yuan crystals and nodded. “Gentleman Feng, am I right? How do you want us to look out for you?”
“I dare not be addressed as a gentleman.” The man shook his head. “Giving up my Yuan crystals is equivalent to me giving up on the debate. May I request for the princes to allow me to follow you?”
“Follow us?
“Yes, I can help out as well.”
Chu Zhengyan raised an eyebrow and asked. “If you are here, it explains that you are quite strong. So why?”
“I was hoping to get into the top three, but I crossed paths with Prince Qin and both of you have already joined hands, so there’s no hope for me anymore. So why not?” The other party smiled bitterly.
“Wow, optimistic huh?” Chu zhengyan chuckled.
The guy smiled and bowed. “I hope that in return, you will take care of me, as you can see, I am injured.”
“Be at ease.” Chu Zhengyan nodded. “I always treat people who work for me well. If you keep your promise, I’ll reward you after this.”
The guy looked up at him, pleasantly surprised. As he was going to thank Chu Zhengyan, Chu Zhengyan cut him off. “One more thing though, you need to make a vow, because I do not trust people easily.”
“Of course of course.” The guy nodded without the slightest hesitation. “If Prince Chu trusts me, I have a gift for you too!”

A group of six slowly walked through the woods.
“You have something to say?” Jiang Yuan looked over to the girl.
Miss Yu opened up her mouth, but decided to not say anything.
“Voice it out if you need. If it’s useful, we will reward you.”
“If I tell you, can you give me the pill you gave me previously?”
“Depends on what you say.” Jiang Yuan looked at her calmly and continued walking, not waiting for her to reply.”
Miss Yu hesitated for quite a while before starting. “I found a Yuan crystal mine just now, and the size and grade looks like King crystals.”
“Oh?” All of them look back at her.
“Where? And why didn’t you keep it for yourself?” Qin Jun stared at her.
Miss Yu looked down at her shoes and pointed back to the direction where they came from. “Well, I wanted to, but I met Prince Qin soon after…..”
Qin Jun and Jiang Yuan looked at each other.
“Lead the way.” Jiang Yuan said. “If we really find it, not just the antidote but we will give you other huge rewards too.”
“Same here.” Qin Jun nodded.
Hearing those words from the two princes, the girl seemed to relax for a bit and look up at them. “Promise?”
“Of course.” They answered in sync.
“What about your buddy?” Qin Jun asked. “Does he know about it too?”
Miss Yu bit her lips and hesitated for a while before nodding her head.
Qin Jun and Jiang Yuan exchanged a glance. “We must hurry!”
They both remembered something. Miss Yu’s buddy had managed to escape. It would be good if he managed to find a hiding spot. But who knew, if Chu Zhengyan met him and threatened his life, there was a high chance he would give them the information. ~We must get there before them!~
