Chapter 11: the village president.  part 1

”Based on the performance of player Fight Against Destiny, and the huge contribution you have done to the village. I decide to appoint you as the new village president of the forgotten village!”

This sentence is just like a lightening hitting me.

What? Me? I just defeat some monsters; find some pieces of magic crystal? Are those “great contribution”?

The city president seems look through my thoughts, says peacefully:”You are truly have great contributions to the village, except rise the military force, economy and environment. You rise other attributes indirectly. Resuming operation of the transfer matrix is also a great contribution. In the setting, if the player’s contribution occupy half of all of the contribution to the village. He can be appointed as the village president of the village. If your contribution occupy four fifth of the whole contribution to the village, this village can become your own territory and the income of the village do not need to hand up in all. ”

Territory! The one that only gives the man have their title. Good things!

It seems that born in a poor village is not so bad. At least if there are ten players in my village I will not able to rise my contribution to half.

The other sentence of the city president is unable to get into my ears. I only know a builder will come in some days and a guard will be send to my village if the population rises to 10 or above.

Then he told me he will give me some mission every several days. If I finish well I will get rewards. And if I become a thane of my village, the person gives me missions will be king of our country.

I leaving the house and doesn’t know what to do next. Although I want to raise my contribution of my village, I decide to hang out a little.

The guild of all profession is on the street. There player can receive their own professional mission. Rewards are get professional skills, methods of making specific things or can raise proficiency of some skills. But they all unwelcome me – a fully professioner, and there’s no my professional guild. Oh, it seems that I will have difficulty to learn my skills.

The skills also have different level: primary, intermediate, advanced, super and ultimate. It is unchangeable such as my fireball is always primary grade skill and “continues fireball” (three fireball shoot together) is always intermediate skills. Higher grade of skills will consume more MP mental strength (means it will decrease temporarily) and even vitality (I don’t know what it is).

I find cobbler first. It doesn’t let me down. The prize selling skin g=here is four times than packman in the village.

I sold all of my skins and get 10 silver coins in all. And other materials of higher grade sell 130 silver coins. And the owner of the shop becomes hot right away. I talk to the owner of the shop right now about “skills”, “tanning” and “painting”, he hesitate a moment. Then decide to teach me “painting”. Oh, what use to paint in a skin that didn’t tanning? But I still learn it with 1 silver coins.

Then I tell him to tanning the skin of wolf king and Blue Demon and painting. The cobbler’s eyes suddenly shining: the skin of BOSS. Processing this kind of skin can make him get much proficiency in his skills. He receive me 70 silver coins to do it. Talk with him again; I finally cost a silver coin learning “tanning”, but the owner telling me:”Your tanning is too low in grade, if you use it, 10 skins will broke 9. ”
