Chapter 17: the sea of green

The patriarch rise his hand: “the green of life, cover the whole world!”

At the moment, there are numerous grasses growing from our feet to the place far away in the desolate plain. The grass spread like wave, all of the monsters is uncomfortable when the grasses spread in their feet. The normal, weak grasses are even more useful than the realm of the Devil God of taming monsters now.

It is possible because the sea of green is also a skill of realm, it disperse the realm of depression. The monsters are getting rid of the control of devil god in the time when the skill is on.

Really! In the cover area of grasses, the monsters are starting to run away. And the first leaving monster is the highest Level monster. Because it have higher intelligent and can easier get rid of the control.

The Tiger King and his friends are all shouting with delight. But I just stumbled, because the wave of green, when it comes to me, disperses a small part of the dark space that seal my mind. it isn’t much but I am sure it decreased. It brings me much hope.

“Move! Faster! Such big magic can’t last so long. The monsters are all leaving. But it can’t last for long. ”the Tiger King breaks our thought. We move toward the altar quickly, including the patriarch – he is holding by two fighters. At this time the sea of green is starting shinning. It is clear that patriarch can’t holding it many times.

Before we arrive the altar, the patriarch finally cannot hold the magic and coma on the shoulder of a fighter. The grassland is quickly languishing because of the realm of depression and lack or support by patriarch. The monsters once far away, come closer again. Everyone’s faces are changing rapidly. In the sea like monsters, even Lv.50 players cannot support a moment. We could only run faster to the altar. 

We finally arrive before the monsters, but there’s a powerful magical defense cover around the altar. All of the people is attacking the defense cover with our strongest skills. But we can’t broke it in a second. We could just hearing the roam of the monsters and the shiver of the ground becomes closer and closer. Thye terrible atmosphere covered all of us.

But I calm down in that moment. The hope is rising just now. How can I fear? How can I fear about them!!!

I take out some fat pieces of the big belly devil and throw them away in different places. Then I shoot every fat I throw a fireball,

Every fireball is hitting the fat and the fat starting to melt. Quickly, the fire is surrounding us just as a defense cover. The grassland is becoming a piece of Fire Sea. I can imagine the EXP covered my screen.

Such a big fire is no one can fight against, including the monsters. the high grade monsters is leaving earlier, so now is the low-grade monsters in the front. They can do nothing to face with the fire and just become ash in the roaming. But there’s no EXP as my imagination.

In the start of the game, someone is get used of the realities of the game to try to get more EXP such as firing or poisoning. But after it, the system was changing its setting that monsters killed by nature causes can’t add player’s EXP. And won’t drop anything or money. And higher grade monsters will have higher resistance to fire.

I find the changing quickly. Especially see some monsters only suffer a little damage in the fire. Look back at others. They are already breaking up the cover. After it, a door made of stone is open automatically. There’s some dead body in the hall, maybe they are the people dead 10 years ago.

We walk very slowly for ignorance of the dander in front of us. Behind us, there are some small monsters come into the hall, because the hall is very narrow, they can’t attack us together, so we doesn’t feel very difficult. And at that time the other NPC is picking the equipment in the dead body. most of them is in iron grades, but their strength is also increasing after equip them.

The patriarch tells us the fight before. At that time, there are many traps in the hall and many guards of the devil gods. The tribe had thousands of people died in the hall. We are very lucky, the devil gods didn’t fully out of the seal. If it does, the hall will be more dangerous. Even we have power ten times now can’t let we pass it. 

 

Chapter 17: the sea of green part 2

The end of the hall is a lobby there’s many fresco in the wall of the lobby. The picture draws very well, but we have no mind to see it. We should deal with the monsters behind us. The fighter block the hall, and armor and magician even don’t need to aim at the monsters just shoot blindly. At that time the patriarch recovered a little and use magic “soil wall” it is an advanced magic used in defense but the patriarch use many of them and just stuff the whole hall. The monsters in the hall may dead because of lack of air, but how about us? How can we come out?

“In the palace of the Devil God of Taming Monsters there’s a transfer matrix to the palace of the Devil God of Disease. We can come out there. ” the patriarch replies us.

Oh, it seems that the patriarch have much confidence now. For a guy can call the monsters with grade 50. I have no confidence to defeat it.

There are three doors made of stone in front of us. There’s a word in every door. But no one knows that because they are ancient words. The patriarch says ten years before, they decided to go to the middle door through talking.

I remember the “archeology” I have learned from the owner of the bookstore, and try them in those ancient words. I finally know them after a while.

The one that sitting on the throne is a creature that have man’s body and bull’s head. But it gave me such a strange feeling. He must be the aim of us: the Devil God of Taming monsters.

The throne and the devil god is surrounding by a piece of big crystal. I can see something like smoke flowing in the crystal. But now the crystal is rupture a little and some of the smoke is coming out from it.

The patriarch’s voice becomes shivered:”who broke the seal? It is built by the tens of great magician using their life power. ”

At her same time I feel a little dangerous and suddenly rush out and push the patriarch away. At the same time, a blue arrow is flashed in the place the patriarch used to stand and sticking deeply into the ground.

All of the people is shocking and start to find the origin of the arrow.

As the voice of feet rising in the palace, we can see a guy walking slowly out of the darkness. It is a human!
