Although Jiang Fei and Shroder were not metahumans with high movement speed, they were still Level Four metahumans . Therefore, a few ten kilometers meant nothing to them . In slightly over ten minutes, they had arrived at an empty field .

Right then, a helicopter was parked on the otherwise empty land . A group of Japanese people were moving things into the helicopter . On top of that, the helicopter’s rotor blades were already spinning at an increasingly high speed . It looked as if it was prepared to take off .

“Thinking of leaving? Is that even possible?!” Soon enough, Jiang Fei and the other two arrived at the center of the field .

“D*mn! They have caught up! Forget about the devices . Take off immediately!” The Japanese pilot shouted out loudly .

The helicopter’s rotor blades started spinning even faster as the entire plane lifted off from the ground .

“Hold it right there!” Shroder shouted loudly as he tossed a giant fireball toward the helicopter’s rotor blades .

“Boom!” The rotor blades were instantly blasted into pieces . The helicopter which had only ascended less than three meters into the air instantly fell to the ground .

“Boom…” Although it was only a drop of three meters, the destruction of the heavy-duty helicopter, which weighed tonnes, dealt significant damage to the Japanese fellows stuck inside .

“Ah…”

“My god…”

The sound of Japanese men crying out loud could be heard . They had all suffered different degrees of injuries from the crash . A few of the bodyguards who were Lower-tier Bio-Humans did not fare too badly . They managed to jump out of the helicopter before it crashed to the ground . However, the technicians were all badly injured from the crash . The less fortunate ones were pierced by sharp metallic objects in the helicopter . Based on the current situation which lacked medical support, it was probable that none of these people would survive .

“Jiang Fei, who are these people?” Although Shroder was the one who attacked the helicopter and made it crash, he was in a state of confusion .

Shroder had actually come to find his sister, Jenny . The lady next to him, Electress, was his girlfriend Berry . The two of them did not come because of the Mutants Brotherhood . Instead, they had come for personal agendas .

Jenny had been missing for quite a while now . Shroder had been looking for her all the while . This time, he received intel that someone had seen Jenny on this small island . That was the reason why he and Berry had come over to investigate .

However, neither of them had expected to be attacked by Bio-Humans the moment they arrived on the small island . Up until now, they still did not know who these Bio-Humans were .

“Let’s capture them first . I will explain to you later!” Jiang Fei said as he started attacking the Lower-tier Bio-Humans .

These Level Two Bio-Humans were not modified by the Japanese people after they were captured . Instead, they were special armed forces who had voluntarily participated in the project to be modified . Therefore, they were loyal to the Japanese people without having their consciousness erased .

Despite being loyal, these people were only normal humans . Therefore, after being modified, they still had limited battle powers . The most powerful among them was only at the Lower-tier Level Three state . Most of them only had Level Two capabilities . They were suitable to be used as bodyguards, but expecting them to participate in high level battles was hardly possible .

The Japanese were not investing heavily in the development of nuclear weapons to overcome the nuclear threat from other big countries . After all, even if their Bio-Human army was strong, they could not bear being attacked by nuclear bombs .

However, if the Japanese managed to develop nuclear weapons as well, they would not worry about nuclear threats from other nations . By then, with their several hundred thousands of Bio-Human armies on the battlefield, who could possibly stop them?

Very soon, the Level Two Bio-Humans tasked to protect the technicians were all killed by Jiang Fei and his two comrades . The technicians were all rounded up, which included the two Japanese who controlled the two High-tier Bio-Humans . The other Japanese who controlled the remaining Bio-Human was less fortunate and had been killed instantly by a steel pipe, which pierced through his brain when the helicopter crashed .

“Jiang Fei, can you tell me what’s the meaning of all this? I feel like my mind is about to explode!” Shroder said to Jiang Fei .

“Alright!” Jiang Fei nodded . The rate at which the Japanese’s Bio-Technology was advancing far exceeded Jiang Fei’s imagination . Although Jiang Fei did not need to be concerned about the Japanese’s nuclear weapons or Bio-Human army once he collected all of Braveheart’s fragments, there were too many unknown territories in regards to the location of the fragments and when he would find them . Based on Jiang Fei’s current capabilities, he could not possibly stop the Japanese’s plot on his own . Therefore, he decided to tell Shroder and Han Tianyu the Japanese’s plot .

Shroder was backed by the major rice-exporting country . With sufficient proof, the major rice-exporting country and the Mutants Brotherhood would surely not turn a blind eye and allow the Japanese to develop freely . Although Jiang Fei was not counting on them to stop the Japanese, he hoped that they could at least slow down the Japanese’s development . That would buy him time to find Braveheart’s fragments which was more than he could hope for .

It was the same case with Han Tianyu . Han Tianyu was backed by the Chinese government . If they knew the truth behind all of this, they would not possibly ignore it without taking any action . By then, the Chinese government would probably try to slow the Japanese’s progress or up their game in defensive measures which were both decent options .

After making up his mind, Jiang Fei told Shroder what he needed to know . The only things he left out were his encounter with Phoenix and the underwater Bio-Experimental Laboratory .

Although Jiang Fei left out a few pieces of crucial information, which made his story less believable, there was sufficient proof before them, which included the Japanese devices and the hostages . The solid proof before them meant Shroder was bound to believe what Jiang Fei said .

Moreover, Jiang Fei had saved Shroder’s life . Subconsciously, both Shroder and Berry willingly believed Jiang Fei word for word .

“Darn it! Darn it! These darned people of Tokyo! They are playing with fire!” Shroder exclaimed after hearing Jiang Fei out . He immediately realized that he and Berry had been fooled . The person who told them he had seen Jenny on this small island was a ninja from Tokyo .

As Tokyo was basically the major rice-exporting country’s watchdog, Shroder had never suspected them for being malicious . He had never thought they would be betrayed . Now that he thought about it, there were indeed a few cases of missing Level Two and Level Three mutants recently . When he put two and two together, Shroder felt cold sweat dripping down his forehead .
