"Hide us, would you please, 0541?" said Jiang Fei as soon as his group was all gathered in the marshland .
"Yes, sir!"
0541 erected an invisible barrier that could camouflage everyone within the barrier . No one noticed the barrier being erected, even though the martial artists were standing next to Jiang Fei .
"Take this moment and rest as much as you can," said Jiang Fei .

As soon as Jiang Fei told his group to rest, every one of them immediately got comfortable and rested in the cool marshland . Even though they were prideful at times, running 150 kilometers in just a few hours was no easy task, especially for those only at the Beginning stage of Level 3 .
"Hard to say… However, if I ask you to run, you run without questioning me . When it comes to that, you will die if you're left behind," said Jiang Fei . Even though these young martial artists were all in his care, he had to be stern . He needed these youngsters to understand the importance of the upcoming war . The Mutants had more soldiers than the alliance could spare . Furthermore, the Europeans were supporting their cause, making it tougher for China to win the fight .
A while back, when the Chinese martial artists were still able to surpass the Mutants in terms of physical strength and combat prowess, they did not need to worry too much in battle . However, now that the Mutants had undergone enhancement through Bio-Human experimentation, it might be hard to fight them one-on-one! To make things worse, they were supported by the European Vatican . To be frank, China was in a grave situation .
That was why Jiang Fei had proactively contacted China's military forces to gain their support . Currently, the military had some Supreme Androids ready to be deployed but unfortunately, their main driving force, the artificial soul, was not making any developments . At best, they only had a handful of working, operating Androids that could fight . Once an Android was rendered inoperative, one could simply remove the memory chip from the broken Android body and insert it into a new one . In simple terms, as long as the Mutants did not destroy the chips, those Android could continue "living" for as long as they need .
The Androids were capable of fighting on its own, but with Jiang Fei providing extra support via alien technologies, Chinese military forces had amassed a small army of Androids with high combat capabilities . It should at least ease some burden on the martial artists .
On one hand, the martial artists' pride had stopped them from cooperating with the military . No matter how many times Jiang Fei tried to advise them, they would not change their mindset . There was nothing that Jiang Fei could do until they had hit a snag .
After a short rest, the young martial artists quickly gathered together and chatted happily . While the barbaric boys were having the time of their lives talking to each other, the girls were all gathered around Jiang Fei, obeying his order to rest as much as they can . That made Bao Zongwei, the acting leader of the guys, jealous of Jiang Fei .
Not every girl who gathered around Jiang Fei had ulterior motives . Even then, more than half of them shared the same goal as Yang Qing and Yang Po . A few of them had even received specific instructions to push themselves onto Jiang Fei!
To be fair, not every girl was after Jiang Fei . Some were only there to stick with the girls that were in Jiang Fei's group in the previous Japan war with the Bio-Humans . To the rest of the girls, the girls that were previously in Jiang Fei's group were treated like VIPs . They wanted to get closer to them to learn and grow .
While Jiang Fei was "enjoying" being ogled by the girls and glared by the boys, Han Tianyu had made his move . Even though buying time was supposed to be his main goal, there were still plans that needed to be executed then!
"General Fan, the martial artists are in Japan . Jiang Fei have requested to initiate the first part of the plan!" said Jiang Fei .
"Hmm… The time is nigh . Go ahead!"
Han Tianyu crafted then plan and further polished it together with Jiang Fei
The first step of the plan was to take advantage of America's spies . First, China would intentionally leak information to let the spies know about the new fighter jet capabilities and "weaknesses" . They wanted the Americans to know that the fighter jet that was used to destroy the Americans in the one-on-one dogfight was not perfect .
Han Tianyu wanted to "coax" America into make the first move . China had readied their troops and was waiting for the Americans to come to their doorsteps . If the Americans decided to withdraw their troops, it would be pouring cold water on Han Tianyu's head .
Even though the Americans rarely declared war on any country by their own volition, China was not willing to bet on them . America was not the only one that had a thirst for war . China themselves would want to test their military prowess . If the Americans decided to withdraw from the fight, China might not look good to the public .
The Chinese were all cunning schemers . That was the stereotype that went around the world . If it were true, Han Tianyu would be the best specimen . Even though the war was not desirable, but if the situation calls for war, it was better to have the higher moral grounds . The best way to fight another country was to remain passive in the eyes of the world while secretly provoking the other country to declare war on them! When the war is over and won by the Chinese, no one would think that China was the country that started it!
Hence, before the Pentagon had started to vote, China would purposely leak information to the American spies inside the country . The leaked information was based on authentic documents! Not only did they contain the basic structure of the fighter jets but also the hands-on modification made by the head engineer! Basically, the documents contained everything about the fighter jets! Including their weaknesses!
To make the plan more convincing, Han Tianyu hired special agents to find out who were the spies residing in China . Once the spies were identified, they would be followed . Some of them would be killed while only one or two spies would be allowed to "escape" .
Once the spy had managed to "escape" China and return to America, the Americans would definitely accept whatever information that the spy had . As such, China would make the first move . With a public statement, they would execute a navy military exercise in the South China Sea and wait .
From America's point of view, they saw China's exercise as a means to display their military strength . America thought that China knew that their information was "stolen" from them and to retaliate, they would flaunt all their navy forces as an attempt to scare the Americans away .
All the officers in the Pentagon came to a consensus that China was only displaying their military might as a scare tactic with no true power . As such, everyone unanimously voted to declare war on China!
