Gu Juexi glanced at her before observing their surroundings . "I don't know . I checked the area, and I think there's nobody staying within a ten-mile radius but there should be someone on the other side of this island . I saw smoke just now . "
Ye Yuwei's focus moved to his hand which was holding the roasted wild pheasant . She rushed to Gu Juexi's side and held his right arm which was hanging limply at his side . "Gu Juexi, your arm . . . " Ye Yuwei began anxiously .
"Don't worry . It will be fine after two days," assured Gu Juexi . He leaned his forehead against hers and said, "The pheasant will be ready to eat soon . "
