Chapter 1033: 1033 Lu LI still had some expectations for the loot, since this was the First Clear on Nightmare mode .
"Searing Words – a Dark Gold emblem . It seems pretty good," Remnant Dream announced happily as she held onto the badge . Searing Words (Dark Gold): Agility + 80, 1 Slot . Special Effect 1: There is a certain probability that the user's attack will receive a 30% fire damage bonus . Special Effect 2: Casting this effect will increase critical hit by 60% for 12 seconds . 60 minute cooldown . Special Effect 3: Increase max HP by 10% and increase HP regeneration by 60HP per second for 1 minute . Can be interrupted . 2 minute cooldown . Equipment Requirement: Level 55 . Durability 250/250 . "Who wants this? We'll start the auction now . " Lu Li was tempted to take this for himself, but fortunately, he wasn't the type of person to steal equipment . "You can have it; I'll have the next good one . " Only Hunters would need the Attributes from the badge, but now that Remnant Dream had passed it up, it fell into Lu Li's hands . Although he still couldn't use it, at least there was something to look forward to . "Aiya, I'm not dreaming, am I?" The others were all watching her like criminals ready to hear their verdict . Legendary equipment!
Lu Li was really surprised; he had no expectations for the Headmaster's Will when something like Searing Words had already been dropped . Even though he couldn't use the Headmaster's Will, the Searing Words was an exquisite emblem for Thieves . It was suitable for Lu Li who was taking the Critical Strike path, so he wasn't too upset about Headmaster's Will not dropping . However, he didn't expect the Boss to not only drop Searing Words, but also the Headmaster's Will . In terms of overall strength, the Headmaster's Will was far superior to the Searing Words, as this emblem was only useful for its Critical Strike Attribute . Players with this badge were known to be a "12 second hero" . The Headmaster's Will wasn't just a high-level equip, but was also a very stylish one . However, the evaluation system for equipment wasn't very flexible . Badges were rare items – even rarer than necklaces and rings . As such, it was reasonable for the System to conclude that the Searing Words was a better equipment than the Headmaster's Will . Regardless, both equips were exquisite and the next few minutes became a battle between the Mages . In the end, it was Lonesome Flower who claimed victory . His Staff was already fairly decent, so he passed it over to Jaweika . Kitty Likes Meat and Sesame Rice Ball couldn't give out that many points, but they received a promise from Lonesome Flower that they could borrow the equipment at anytime .
After this, the Boss dropped a Dark Gold equip, two Gold equips, three Silver equips, a skill book, a Synthetic Stone and a rare material .
This was a worthy bounty from the final Boss of a fifteen-man dungeon . Lu Li had gained a lot from this run – equipment, skill points and a hefty amount of experience . He was still about 0 . 25% away from a level up and would most likely be able to hit level 53 by next week .
The other problem that he faced was still the level requirement stones . Back when his title was lower, it was easy for him to gain them through the arena . However, now that his title was higher and was running into stronger players, it became more difficult for him to win battles efficiently . As such, this wasn't a possible method either – he had to think of other ways . Lu Li thought for a bit, and a location came up in mind . Sunken Ship! In the Wild, there would be players guarding a treasure chest . Not only was the refresh slow, but he probably would have to go through plenty of fights for the chests . Some guilds even had hundreds of guards watching over a treasure chest near its refresh time . After all, the risk for a treasure chest was much smaller than fighting a Boss and the profits were more consistent . However, the Sunken Ship was a different story . At this stage of the game, not many were willing to dive deep . There were plenty of these sunken ships around the seas of Azeroth and they shared a few things in common . One of the most obvious things was that these ships were surrounded by monsters leveling 50 or above, in addition to elites, semi-Bosses and area Bosses blended in amongst them . Some sunken ships were still marked as deadly areas after two or three years of the game release . Many had wanted to dive underwater to find treasure, but only a few managed to return safely . It was impossible to ask healers to revive them when they died in a literal sea of monsters . They lost a significant amount of experience and also couldn't pick up their equipment after it had been dropped . As such, players began to lose interest in the sunken ships . Lu Li also knew of the dangers, but he had a greater advantage than the other players . First of all, he was a Thief who could Stealth and had also learnt Empowerment: Stealth . Even though the effects would be reduced underwater, he was still a lot safe than the others . The range of aggression for a player had a lot to with levels . If the players were lower-leveled than monsters, the aggression range would increase and vice versa . As such, Lu Li wouldn't be detected by the level 50 monsters . The last advantage was his memory . He knew which ships were dangerous and where the bosses were . Even though he didn't know the area entirely, at least he didn't have to risk his life exploring . He first chose the shoreline of the Darkshore . The Darkshore was a slightly lower-leveled map, and compared to the surrounding sea regions, it was a fairly quiet place . The sunken ships here were mostly shot down by the Night Elves in the second war, and there was a greater chance that the stones would drop . Lu Li didn't even need to look and he knew there would be players guarding a few sunken ships near the shore . One of the sunken ships involved a quest . In his previous life when Lu Li obtained this quest, he was killed by a small guild . They suspected that Lu Li was there to steal their treasure chest . It was the first time that Lu Li had fought in a PVP, so he wasn't the best at it . All he could do was follow his instincts . This time, he retuned to the same region as a famous player . Not only had he cured his sister's sickness, but he also had plenty of money in his bank account and some businesses under his name . Things from his previous life had begun to fade away even more . Lu Li couldn't even remember those little guilds who used to bully anymore . He wasn't interested in fighting for the resources of these few sunken ships . Lu Li took out his own little boat from his bag . Because his level had increased, he now had more capacity in his bag to carry this boat around with him . Of course, this would still impact his movement speed and the boat took up a sizeable amount of bag space, so he usually wouldn't carry it around .
