The clouds swirled in the sky.
The rainbow-colored beam of light gradually descended toward Tang Hao.
Tang Hao looked up and was stunned.
‘Did I break another record? That can’t be! What record is it this time?’
Everyone was also shocked and bewildered.
The kid had broken the Slaughter record the last time, so it was impossible for the kid to break it again. Someone had to top his record before he could attempt it.
What other record could he break?
Everyone narrowed their eyes and looked at the rainbow-colored light carefully. They wanted to see words on the bronze monument. However, upon closer inspection, the thing inside the light was not a bronze monument but a huge golden scroll.
“What’s that?”
Everyone cried out in surprise and pointed at the scroll.
The scroll landed in front of Tang Hao and slowly unfurled.
Rays of golden light flashed as a list of names was revealed.
Five big words could be seen at the head of the scroll.
“The League of Eternal Heroes?” Tang Hao read it out.
The sect leaders and the elders who had lived for a long time were instantly shocked.
“The League of… Eternal Heroes! That kid? How is it possible?”
They were in disbelief.
To them, the League of Eternal Heroes was nothing more than a legend. They had heard of it before, but they had never seen it in the Ninth Region.
According to the legend, only special individuals with outstanding talent would be able to immortalize their names in the scroll.
The scroll had appeared in the distant First Region before, but it had been ages since it appeared in the Ninth Region.
That brat had caused it to appear!
“Immortalized in the League! That kid is indeed a monster!” Everyone lamented.
Although they hated him, they had to admit that the kid was indeed powerful. Without Artifacts, he was the most powerful individual in the younger generation of the Ninth Region.
He was invincible in the first level of the Ninth Region!
Those young prodigies became even more envious when they realized what was going on.
Every one of them wanted their names to be immortalized in the Void Realm. That would be the greatest glory!
“Eternal heroes?” Tang Hao muttered again and vaguely understood what it meant.
He skimmed through the list. Each of those names was shining with golden light and exuded different qi auras. Some were as light and elegant as the wind, while some were extravagantly domineering.
Those were the personalities of those who had carved their names in the scroll.
Many of the surnames on the list sounded ancient, including Fengbo, Yushi, Taiyu, Yao, and Ji.
Suddenly, his eyes focused on the surname.
“Jiang…”
That was the surname of the Golden Core cultivator who had invaded Earth previously.
Just like the others, it was an ancient surname.
“I’ll find you sooner or later!” Tang Hao muttered, and a cold glint flashed in his eyes.
The qi auras of the names at the top of the scroll were particularly impressive. There were only eight of them, and each of them was prefixed with “King.”
Those names were not shining with golden light but rainbow-colored light.
“Who are they?” Tang Hao asked in surprise.
“They are kings. After you become one, you can carve your name in the scroll!” An ancient voice in the sky spoke coldly. “Anyone who becomes king will receive a rainbow-colored shard.”
Tang Hao was stunned, “There really are rainbow-colored shards?”
“Yes!” The voice said coldly.
There was a commotion all around.
That was the first time that the existence of rainbow-colored shards was confirmed. Previously, it was only a rumor.
“Sigh! It’s already extremely difficult to get one’s name onto the scroll. Becoming a king would be infinitely harder!”
Everyone sighed.
Those people who could be called “King” must be the most powerful among all.
“Interesting!” Tang Hao said and rubbed his chin. “What can I exchange with rainbow-colored shards?”
The voice did not respond.
“Damn! Can’t you give me a hint?” Tang Hao muttered.
“Please carve your name!” The voice said.
The scroll automatically moved and presented an empty space for Tang Hao.
Tang Hao lifted a finger and used it as a brush. He carved the words “Nameless Qin.”
After he finished carving, golden light appeared on the words, and the scroll emanated a brilliant golden light.
“Today, the exceptionally talented Nameless Qin leaves his name in the annals of history for his bold exploits. He shall receive a dark gold shard as a reward.”
The ancient voice resounded and spread throughout the Void Realm.
An image of the scroll unfurled in the sky. The last name on the list was Nameless Qin.
“Dark gold! Dark gold again!”
There was an uproar all around.
Everyone was green with envy. The kid had two dark gold shards already. If he did not use the first one, he would have had three. That was more than most of the factions except the largest ones.
An individual had more dark gold shards than an entire faction!
Everyone in each of the different regions of the Void Realm lifted their heads and looked at the sky.
“The League of Eternal Heroes has appeared again. Which region is it this time? Another one of those monsters has appeared!”
“Nameless Qin? Why does that name sound so familiar? I think I’ve heard of him somewhere before… F*ck, isn’t he that villain who broke the Slaughter record?”
“He broke the Courage record too. This is the third time! It’s unbelievable!”
Everyone was shocked when they realized that the guy had broken three records in a row!
That had never happened before!
“Damn, where did that freak come from? He’s not from the First Region, right?”
Everyone was speculating.
In the Ninth Region, as the scroll rose into the sky, a dark gold shard slowly descended.
Tang Hao did not take it. Instead, he said, “Can I sit down for a while first? I’m a little tired!” As he said that, he sat down and began to meditate.
“F*ck! That’s cheating!”
Everyone roared anxiously.
They had lost so many people trying to wear that kid down. If he had the chance to rest, all their previous effort would go to waste.
The voice in the sky did not respond. About ten minutes later, it boomed, “Time’s up!”
The shard suspended in the air fell down, and the rainbow-colored light gradually faded away.
Tang Hao took the shard and stood up.
Although it was only ten minutes, it was enough for him to catch his breath and continue killing. He had to be careful now that he had two dark gold shards on him.
“Thanks!”
He cupped his fists towards the sky and solemnly put away the shard.
He had made up his mind. He would collect three more dark gold shards and exchange them for a supreme cultivation technique.
