Qi Lei sat in the car and lit a cigarette while waiting for the traffic light to turn green.

For some reason, he currently felt a detached calmness. It was a calm that made him feel that he could face all of this with frankness and that he could peacefully consider Qi Feng’s current situation.

He recalled the scene of when he had rushed Wang Qin to the hospital with blood all over him, when he had been forced to leave Qi Kai, and then those near-death experiences with Yang Sheng when they had been kidnapped and tried to escape, as well as the scene of Qi Qiming lying in a pool of blood…

He could not deny that all of these misfortunes or sins were started by Qi Feng. They all originated from him!

Such a sinful person should not be pitied…

But why was it that right now, he started to feel sad for him?!

If he could choose to let him have Qi Kai so that all of these did not happen, Qi Lei would be willing. In fact, he had always been willing.

At this moment in Qi Kai Corporation, the police car sirens were heard downstairs. The sharp sound of the sirens tore through the silence of the sunset. On this considerably calm evening, more than ten police cars drove into the Qi Kai Group plaza one after another.

The cars stopped very quickly, and with Captain Wang leading the group of skilled policemen, they got down from the vehicles. The SWAT team and even snipers were called over, and it was a rather dramatic scene…

His words made Captain Wang frown immediately!

“What happened? I just received news that it was only Qi Feng alone in his office! When did Qi Lei show up?” Captain Wang’s tone was filled with gravity.
