33 This is missing a sentence. The sentence ends after the sentence referring to the Chinkonsai, and goes: "Hence, Lingering Spirit Calling was also known as '玉振之术'." I could not find a good translation for '玉振之术', and hence this sentence was left out.
34 Literally 'eight-span crow'. A three-legged crow in Japanese mythology which is a symbol of guidance.
