As regrettable as it may sound, having someone on your team who can tank damage AND dish out DPS is going to be a worthy addition.
Plus, the corpse of the mighty monster that was dropped to the ground got everyone in here on edge. While sitting on top of my head, Emul’s body started to tremble, and I take out the Dullahan Blade, assuming battle position without anyone really giving me an order to do so.

How should I even describe that sound? A phone ringing? A police siren? Or maybe something that was a thousand times more unpleasant then the aforementioned things? I’m pretty sure that I’ve heard it somewhere before? But where? Let’s see if I can remember……

「I think it might be the rest of the Tyranno-chan’s body. See those eyes on that head? They are to die for, so no wonder they want it back.」

With every passing second the shaking of the atmosphere was growing stronger, and it was easier to identify where its epicenter was supposed to be. And if you were to look where Tottori was pointing at, towards the natural wall of thorns and vines……
It was red to the point of actually being terrifying. It was rushing through the natural barrier with no signs of stopping. In fact, this creature managed to break through the barrier with ease, as if it was not there in the first place. Like that, it broke right into the former village of the Elves.
It was the color of blood. An intense shade of red.
It was the color that was making your whole body tremble in horror and fear. You could also hardly sense any signs of intelligence from this creature and it was hard to make anything out of its unfocused eyes, since they looked like that of a dead fish.
It was the sickening red color of flesh.
You could see its bones, and its innards looked about ready to fall out of its body at any moment. Its front legs were actually fins, and they looked so shredded and torn apart, completely unsuitable for living on the dry land. However, they were allowing the creature to move forward just fine, possessing the strength that was more than enough to trample anything in its path.

「QQQQQQQQQUUUUUUUUUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII––––––!!!!!!!!!」
It looked just like a Chimera, its body constituting entirely of the things it managed to devour, without a single care what it might have been.
My voice echoed throughout the area almost at the same time as the announcement from the system.
