The accessory was an exquisite piece of work made especially to counter Melody's lack of MP. Melody could store her spiritual power in it when she meditates, and use it later. Sindalor also bestowed a permanent flame shield spell on the accessory.

Glorfindel's heart tightened at such a formidable sight. He was still floating in the water while Melody and the rest of the Elves were all standing on the battle fortress at least 5 meters above water level.
