In the end, Leon had to stay awake for three weeks straight summoning mechanical wargs day and night because the creatures only managed to overpower the zombies after a while; they reached level four hundred and finally obtained some room to use self-repair. Leon exhausted and felt like hibernating for three weeks, but since it would be dangerous for many reasons, he only slept for a day.
When Leon woke up, the number of mechanical wargs decreased a little, but the battle against the zombies still was in their favor.
"I can finally resume my training..." Leon said and then let out a long sigh. "Maybe it is time to take some time off and really hibernate for a month or two, but considering that dragons appear on the fifth stage of assimilation, I guess I don't have time for that."
Although Ilyana was the one who gave him that information, Leon had no reason to doubt her. Regardless, dragons were leagues above other monsters, not only in terms of raw power. They were fast and sturdy as well, so Leon would, without a doubt, have a hard time with them if ten of them also spawn per minute.

"Mmm... maybe I should create some mana liquid," Leon said. "Although I won't be able to use their hearts, I can still use their blood to increase the efficacy of potions."
Leon didn't know if Sekundez's also experienced the sixth stage of assimilation, but it wouldn't make any sense for him to experience that in that dimension. It would be way too convenient. Perhaps not so convenient since he could still die for real in that place.
"Well, in the worst-case scenario, I can always try to tame the dragons or turn them into my zombies," Leon said. "So, I guess I'm relatively safe here."
To avoid any unpleasant surprises, Leon decided to spend all the mana of the soul eaters. It would be great if he could cheat and use the mana he obtained from monsters by using Mana Sacrifice, but he couldn't. So, training Foresight as much as possible, learning new skills, and leveling up old ones would have to be done even more intensively.
Leon postponed until now the training of his immunity skill, but considering the nature of the dragons, he couldn't do that any longer. Leon saw dragons that could breathe fire and use earth magic. He also heard about a water dragon when he heard the incident that caused Makoto's son's death. So it was time for Leon to level up those skills. The problem was, zombies couldn't use elemental attacks... in the end, Leon would have to harm himself again..
"This has to be some kind of sick joke..." Leon dropped his shoulders and then sighed.
