A trace of coolness passed by, Xie Ao Yu didn’t even have time to be surprised before it disappeared, and the spasming Ge Er who had been in a coma slowly opened his eyes.

“You’re okay now.” Xie Ao Yu softly spoke.

When it came to willpower, Xie Ao Yu asked himself, if he said he was second, then no one would came to be first. He had gone through many experiences and close to death, having gone through many difficulties. This was because since he was 7 he had been walking down this path.

That had been developed by himself since childhood.

But the Ge Er before his eyes had moved his heart, it was even more admirable.

Ge Er’s body was physically unfit. After leaving the Xie Family for two years, he was always hungry and thirsty, never full, until his face had become pale and thin. Under these circumstances, he had still persevered to absorb the divergent flame.

“Then I, Xie Ao Yu, formally invite you to join the Xie family in order to become a family elder. Do you accept?” Xie Ao Yu could only do this because he was a Xie.

As for the position of becoming an elder, that couldn’t be given away freely.

The sound of footsteps came closer.

Ge Er’s face color changed slightly, “Young master, they are the Ao Te Si clan’s remnants. Other than Te Luo Si who is missing for some reason, the rest are all here.”

“Te Luo Si was killed by me.” Xie Ao Yu pulled out the Lightning Spirit Holy Sword.

He discovered, these eight Ao Te Si clan remnants, the strongest was actually the one called Ke Lu, the alchemist. He was an upper advanced level practioner.  The rest were all intermediate level.

By an initial estimate, under fair circumstances, Xie Ao Yu shouldn’t have a chance of beating these eight people.

“Ge Er, control you divergent flame and attack that Ke Lu.” Xie Ao Yu whispered.

Ge Er nodded his head imperceptibly, sneakily readying the divergent flame.

The Earth Pulmonary Heart Flame let out a sharp whistling noise, like a rocket exploding out, it was instantly headed towards Ke Lu who was in the front.

The unexpected attack gave Ke Lu a surprise, making him instinctively dodge to the side.

Two screams came from behind.

Two of the young Ao Te Si clan people who had been with him were instantly killed.

Man Te squinted his eyes, “You’re that useless scrap freak Xie Ao Yu?”

“Correct.” Xie Ao Yu slowly lifted the Lightning Spirit Holy Sword, “Te Luo Si has already died to my hands. Right now he really wants to remember you. I’ll help you and your family by giving you all a ride to him.”

Before Man Te could say anything, Xie Ao Yu already sliced down for the kill.

The Lightning Spirit Holy Sword fiercely slashed.

He was very clear. Ke Lu was an alchemist. His stuff was most useful for Ge Er.

Taking the space ring, looking inside it had medicines and other things, Ge Er cried out excitedly.

“We…” Xie Ao Yu suddenly felt a sharp pain in his chest. His butt fell to the floor.

Ge Er became scared, he quickly ran over.

Xie Ao Yu put out his hand to stop Ge Er. He then sat down with his legs crossed, looking within his body and discovered that inside his chest, the stream that the tri-colored ball had dissolved had gradually formed into another tri-colored ball. Also at that moment, the Shadow Demon Spirit Fire, had a mix of white and red flames within it.

His heart raced—that red and white flame was the color of the Earth Pulmonary Heart Flame.

The two divergent flame prototypes did separate into two but had mixed into one. Both were integrated into the tri-colored ball’s purple halo.
