"There's a match, right? Surrender, Vargas."
"Dammit... what the hell was that..."
It was Balgas blown to the ground, but it wasn't unconscious.
When I called, something unexpected happened and I was confused.
My attack on Vargas was the same as before, a Ranged Magic Attack.
But that wasn't just a [shotgun].
Of course, it would have been nice if the [shotgun] had settled.
But because Vargas was so powerful, I took advantage of the attack method called [Shotgun] to launch the attack.
Vargas sensed the target of the attack from the angle I was pointing my palm at, and heard a spell and understood the timing of the attack.
I just reversed it.
Perseverance in dodging Shotgun over and over again eventually led to the abandonment of Valgas to hit himself even if he was attacked.
But this is what I led.
I didn't expect you to get close without any damage, but it meant you couldn't take action to detect and evade the target.
Then activates the counter against the abandoned attack.
No matter how powerful Vargas has been in many battlefields, any surprise will always take damage.
When he exposed himself before the magic attack, he carried out a spell-free magic attack.
A magical attack fired with the word "shrapnel" that has been repeated many times before.
It should have been imprinted that the magic attack would have been launched if Vargas had unconsciously heard a spell.
If it was the other person, it would still be fine.
But I can activate magic without spells.
I imagined a rock in my head that was bigger and harder than what I would fly with a [shotgun] and fired silently.
Vargas would not have been able to detect it until it was attacked.
This is how my counterattack was successfully decided.
Still, I have to say, Balgas was amazing.
I was supposed to be completely surprised, but I used my big sword to protect myself and reduce the damage.
Even so, my favorite dagger broke sharply.
"Okay. I lost. Surrender. But please. Do not harm the people of this village."
After I beat Balgas, the people of Balkan village rejoiced with shouting cheers.
Are you happy to see and hear that the heroes of the neighbouring village won over the people of your village?
But there were some signs that the joy was heating up too much.
Group psychology can be dangerous at times like this.
Normally, even good and gentle people are exposed to an enthusiastic atmosphere and sometimes behave in a way that is not normally conceivable.
Especially now that we have something that can be a weapon to each other.
I wonder if Valgas is afraid that his defeat will make him desperate and destroy his village.
Maybe that's why he surrendered to me, not to me.
That's good, too.
From now on, we are ready to fight the nobles who rule the land.
But when it comes to insufficient combat power, that's never the case.
Rather, it may be too few despite gathering people from all over the village.
Originally, we came to this village with the aim of expanding our power.
