Chapter 9
The magic attack on First, though it was only an attempt, was recorded by the surveillance systems.
Among all the High Schools affiliated with the National Magic University, First High is the best equipped. As far as things are when magic is concerned, it meets the need of equipment used to observe the schools surroundings, which is comparable to that of the National Defense Forces main bases
Analysis by the observation machine at First High shows that magic was used to generate oxygen and hydrogen gas that would have exploded when activated, and that the attack originated from the Primorsky Krai region of the New Soviet Union based off the objective data.
The data was passed on to the government via the National Magic University.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs contacted the New Soviet Union, and they strongly condemned the attempted act of aggression and urged the international community to put sanctions on the New Soviet Union.
Toudou Aoba had the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry speak out.
After basing the truth off the data, it was announced that the unexpected attack was caused by the New Soviet Union's "Apostle" Bezobrazzoff.
Afterwards, serious doubts were raised about the peaceful nature of Project Dione that is co-sponsored by Igor.

Saturday, June 22nd.
Tatsuya unwittingly muttered this while he was having breakfast and watched the recording of yesterday's press conference of the Minister of Industry, Trade and Economy.
"Ara, has Onii-sama calculated everything to this extent?" A giggling voice could be heard from the other side of the table.
Tatsuya had a crooked smiled in response to the laughing Miyuki, and he shook his head.

Tatsuya and Miyuki had been talking about Miyaki-shima since breakfast, due to the fact that the flow of the conversation went in that direction.
Although, Tatsuya couldn't help but remember a conversation he had about guests coming over during dinner.
"H-Hi..."
With a confused face, she raised her hand and greeted Tatsuya and Miyuki.
"Lina!?"
As the surprised Miyuki said, it was Lina, Angelina Kudou Shields.
"Tatsuya-san, Miyuki-oneesama, sorry for coming at such a late hour."
"No, it's okay, we haven't even had dinner yet..."
Even Tatsuya couldn't hide his surprise. While answering Ayako, he was also directing his attention to Lina.
"Anyway, don't just stand on the porch, come in."
"Yes, Lina and Ayako-chan, come in."
After Tatsuya, Miyuki invited the two inside.

Tatsuya asked Ayako to convey this message, because it was not about Hyougo, but his father, Butler Hanabishi.
"Okay."
Tatsuya nodded in response to Ayako and turned his gaze towards Miyuki.
"Miyuki, I'm sorry, but could you prepare a bedroom for Lina?"
"Yes."
"Hey, wait a minute..."
The schedule continued to be determined without consulting Lina about it.
"In that case, Tatsuya-san, Miyuki-oneesama, today has been a pretty busy day, so I'll excuse myself for today."
"Yes. Next time, we'll find the time to talk about things a bit more slowly."

With a blurry smile, Ayako answered Tatsuya.
Miyuki also smiled, as to not destroy the image of her status as a bride.
"Ayako-chan, thank you for bringing Lina."
Miyuki said this to Ayako in the hallway after leaving the living room with her.
"No, It’s fine. Then, goodbye."
The front door closed.
"Lina, can you tell me the details about the things that happened?"
When Miyuki returned, Tatsuya pushed his unilateral claim onto Lina.
"I wanted to ask you. Is it true that the parasites have reappeared?"
When Lina saw the serious faces of the two, she was only able to nod.
