Shun brought her to the mansion's grand kitchen . But when they arrived there, three men already invaded the kitchen .

"I said, clear the kitchen," Shun mumbled .

"Missy! What lunch do you like? I am preparing a soup! Perfect for the-- ouch! Hey, what's your problem?"

Rudolf elbowed him and whispered, "I told you not a good idea to come in the kitchen for the time being . "

"What? I'm hungry, I can't wait to…" Ah… there was a dark aura behind the boss…

"Can I have some steak and salad?" she requested .

"Alright, I'll make you," Shun quickly responded .

"Hmm…" she nodded happily . "Can I help?"

"No!" Shun, Daichi, and Rudolf said at once .

"Ah… okay . "

"Just sit here and wait," Shun pull a chair on the counter .

"Okay, thank you . " Cassie just seated to the chair and watch the men do the cooking .



She was thinking to take some photos but she remembered her phone was snatched at the port . She sighed . She just occupying herself watching the four men . She knew, if Joanna was seeing this she will get jealous because all she wanted is eating .

Not that long; Blaire, Riley, Jean, and Kier arrived at the mansion . Riley handed Daichi a black folder, and he left for a while . When he came back, his hand is empty .

After the food was done, the nine of them now seated in the mansion's long table . As usual, Daichi who initiated the talk . Cassie slowly chewing the steak Shun made . It was tasty . She was just able to have this cuisine back in France .

French fries are also her favorite, she kept putting them on her mouth . Could tell how Shun was please watching her enjoying the food very much .

They've noticed that Rudolf frequently checking on his phone and reply to someone's text . They all wonder who it was . He seems upset and arguing with that person .

"What's wrong with you?" Blaire who asked him .

"Ah, this hard headed girl doesn't understand the words bad connection," Rudolf answered .

"Bad connection?" Daichi asked .

"Yeah . I've been telling her can't make a call right now due to a typhoon coming . The line was bad and always hang up… but I've been already saying a hundred times and this girl still won't understand a thing!" Rudolf almost throwing his phone .

"Oh, is that Joanna!? Can I borrow your phone bro—"

Before she could finish her sentence, Shun already handed his phone . Everyone in the table grin . Shun's jealousy is apparent to them, to anyone actually .

"Oh, thank you, brother Shun . " She took the phone and texted Joanna .



Cassie: Hey…

Joanna: Miss Young!

Cassie: Yeah,

Joanna: Don't yeah me! How dare you!?

Cassie: I know…

Joanna: I told you to tell me if you have a plan or something!

Cassie: You will just stop me .

Joanna: Of course not! I told you if ever, I'll definitely join you!


(Cassie laughs with Joanna's reply . She is almost teary-eyed now . She knows she is her true friend, but she doesn't want her to get involved . )

Cassie: Your brothers need you . Of course, I can't tell or ask you .

Joanna: Then let's do it when they are not sick anymore! I could sneak out of the island with you!



Cassie: Alright . I know you are the best friend in the whole world . I'm sorry .

Joanna: I won't forgive you! If you won't bring me some Channel perfume!

Cassie: Am not in Paris .

Joanna: Boss can buy one!

Cassie: Okay . I'll ask brother Shun . I think Mr . Kier's sis-in-law sell that kind of perfume . I'm going to the mall when the typhoon is gone!

Joanna: I hate you!

Cassie: Don't be mad, okay? By the way, isn't the typhoon will pass the island? Are you all okay there?

Joanna: I don't know . Grandma's house is old . Looks like the roof will going to fly anytime soon .

(Joanna sent with laughing emoji . . . She wanted to pinch this girl . She can still make a joke in a situation like that . )

Cassie: Why don't you go to the villa? I heard it was a strong one . I am worried .

Joanna: Okay . I'll talk to papa . Said, they could go home this afternoon .

Cassie: That's good then . I'm sorry I wasn't there .

Joanna: It's okay . What's most important now is you are safe and fine .

Cassie: Yes .

(Cassie decides not to mention the accident . It would be another long conversation . )

Cassie: I'll ask Mr . Jing to pick you up .

Joanna: I like that!

Cassie: I'll ask brother Shun to talk to Mr . Jing .

Joanna: Wait, can make a call now? Because someone said it can't be! Or probably just lazy to make a call!

Cassie: No . I'll just ask brother Shun to send a message .

Joanna: Okay . I'll go contact them in the hospital! Then text you later! Muaahh!

They ended their conversation .

"Uhm… brother Shun . Can I request Mr . Jing to pick up Joanna at their house? Am just worried . The house they were living in now is old . I wanted them to evacuate at the Villa until the typhoon is gone . "

"Sure . Gimme, that . . . " she gives back the phone to Shun .

Shun is now typing on his phone and so, she continued eating . Shun said Jing is now going to Chang residence with the other two bodyguards to help them if needed to bring more things . She thanked him blushingly and Shun smiled .

With this kind of mood, they felt pressured being the nuisance of this romantic atmosphere .
