Fang Xing's eyes shifted back and forth . "Yes, it was all taken by the Huangfu clan!" Although he wasn't strong enough to put up much of a fight against them right now, he could still stir up some trouble for them .
Such words left the young master shocked and a spirit sense message was immediately sent over . "Esteemed Senior, please don't listen to his nonsense . Please help me, Esteemed Senior… . "
The girl didn't show any interest in either of them and simply took back the lotus seed . "Whatever, I've got plenty anyways!"
Fang Xing was left dumbstruck by this, but he also began to feel a trace of hope . Fang Xing and the golden crow were both shocked to hear such things, and their heads began shaking in unison . What kind of joke was this? How could they be the servants of a silly little girl? If rumors spread, where would the face of the mighty Uncle Fang and Uncle Goldy go?
The cute face of the pink-dressed girl suddenly relaxed as she spat out the skin of a grape . "I will finish you two off if you don't accept!" For that reason, they both put on airs of being extremely devoted to righteousness, as if even death wasn't something to fear as long as they adhered to such tenets .
"I am the descendent of the Three-Legged Golden Crows, royalty among the beasts! How could I be a human's servant?" The golden crow held up his head as though extremely proud of himself and all he had experienced . "No, I will certainly not agree!"
Fang Xing followed similarly . "It's not a problem for me to be the master, but I don't work for others!"
The girl took a sip of the wine and stuck out her tongue as though it was too strong for her . It seemed as though she wasn't even listening to the two, but she chuckled and pointed at the golden crow before saying . "I can sense that the blood essence on you is very powerful and is seeped into your flesh and bones—you must have already taken the path of physical refinement . This will require lots of blood essence, and I've got plenty of Blood Lotus Seeds with me . If you're good and behave, I can certainly reward you with a few!"
The golden crow's eyes went wide as he yelled out in a croaked voice, "Really?"
The girl laughed and few lotus seed heads appeared in her hands from out of nowhere, causing Fang Xing's and the golden crow's eyes to widen . A single lotus seed head from the immortal's hall had helped them so much, and they recognized these seed heads as being the same as what they saw then . The golden crow himself had only gotten as far as he had with his physical body thanks to the three Blood Lotus Seeds from before, so what kind of level would he achieve if all of these lotus seed heads were given to him?
After a mere two breaths of shock had passed, the golden crow's expression abruptly changed and he jogged to the girl's side with eager attentiveness . He smiled and carefully flapped his wings to create a breeze for the girl before saying, "Little Miss, I am an expert at serving others . Just watch me… . "
"Bootlicker!" Fang Xing looked at the golden crow in disdain . Although he himself was a bit moved by the sight, he wouldn't bend his knees just for a few Blood Lotus Seeds . "Hehe… . " The girl smiled with satisfaction before considering her answer more seriously . "Meat, I want to eat meat, the type with alternating fat and lean meat .
