Chapter 18 - Hunger

Although it only seemed like a water jet, Wei Xiao Bei did not let down his guard . He quickly leaned his head sideways, but it still slightly touched his cheek .

Wei Xiao Bei immediately felt pain on his cheek, as if his cheek was burning .

Without any hesitation, he used all his strength to swing down the club again .

This powerful attack created a dent in the fish head leader’s skull, causing blood and brain juice to splatter everywhere .

This attack had used all of Wei Xiao Bei’s strength, and all that splattered out landed all over his body .  

Luckily, he had already been through a similar experience, so he did not vomit on the spot, nonetheless, he was still disgusted by it .

This attack, naturally, had left Wei Xiao Bei powerless, so he directly sat down on the ground, ignoring how dirty it was . He wanted to take this chance to rest his body .

He unconsciously touched his left cheek . There was a sharp pain despite his light touch, and blood had stained his hand .

He finally understood that the power behind the jet of water from the fish head leader was nothing to laugh at .

Normally, water at high pressure could at most send a person flying, but the water jet sprayed by the fish head leader was like a knife of water .

If Wei Xiao Bei did not quickly decide to lean his head, then a hole would have probably appeared through it .

Wei Xiao Bei lied down on the bed after swallowing the Fishman Water Ball with a feeling of anticipation .

The Elite Fishman’s ability to shoot out a jet of water was not bad . If he could obtain this special ability, then his future battles would be a lot more easier .

After lying down for a while, his body still did not exhibit any change at all . The only thing that had changed was that his evolution points increased from 100 to 120 points .

Wei Xiao Bei sat up and sighed . Without a doubt, the Fishman Water Ball did not give him any special ability and only converted into 20 evolution points .

This meant that the Elite Fishman had given him a total of 60 evolution points, so all in all, it really was not that bad .

Wei Xiao Bei pondered for a bit . If he fought with a single Fishman, he would win 100% of the time, but the amount of energy he used would be a lot . If he met an Elite Fishman or a group of more than five Fishmen, he would definitely be in danger .

Which attribute to put the evolution points in was his final problem .

In the end, Wei Xiao Bei concentrated on his muscle attribute .

His muscle attribute immediately increased from 12 to 13 points .

After using 100 evolution points, his muscle attribute increased by 1 point, making his strength 11 . 5 points .

Wei Xiao Bei could distinctly feel all his muscles contracting and spasming .

Wei Xiao Bei’s forehead was instantly covered in beads of sweat from the pain he was feeling . He curled his body into a ball and rolled around on the bed trying to distract himself from the pain .

After 10 minutes, Wei Xiao Bei sat back up with his entire body drenched in sweat .

He felt incredibly weak after his muscles spasmed out of control . His muscles did not seem to expand that much compared to before, but he could feel that he was definitely stronger than before .

The result of increasing his muscle attribute was very clear! The amount of strength he was able to exert had become stronger .

This was a progressive growth, leaving Wei Xiao Bei with a bit of expectation for the next evolution point allocation .

Hunger did not only appear due to using his special skills, allocating evolution points resulted in the same .
