Chapter 437

 What made things worse was the fact that even more Gargoyles were flying out of the open windows of the Black Church . These Gargoyles were an entire size larger than the ones before and were even more ferocious in battle .

Thus, the battle slowly started to tilt from a stalemate to a landslide .

As time passed, a new monster appeared .

A creature with a lion’s body, eight legs, a pair of black bat wings and a scorpion tail climbed out of the window . Its entire body was greenish-gray as if it was a sculpture . Its size was several times that of an ordinary lion, but it was far more agile, moving across the Black Church like a lizard . It didn’t take long for it to scale the tower at the top of the Black Church .

“Ao! ”

A roar rang out and the manticore spread its wings to leap down from the tower . The Gargoyles frantically scattered, as if terrified by this creature .

Goddammit! Wei Xiao Bei finally felt like this was some sort of game when he saw this happen before his eyes . Gargoyles? Manticores? What else was next?
