Mark tossed the wood at the poachers causing their clothes to be on fire.

By the time they got rid of the fire, Mark and the little elephant were gone. The poachers cursed for a bit then packed everything up, getting ready to enter the forest to go after Mark and the little elephant again.

The poachers left for a while and then the group finally dared to reveal themselves.

Lin Yueqi sighed heavily and said, “We can’t let them catch Mark. He got shot so he probably wouldn’t be able to run far. His location changed. “I think what happened earlier must’ve been too chaotic so she went to hide in the forest. She should be back soon. The cameraman can stay at the campground. Don’t leave. Let’s go. She should be coming back.” Zhou Qing paused before ordering the cameramans, “If she still isn’t back by 3pm, contact the headquarters and arrange a few helicopters to save her.”

After arranging the campground, Zhou Qing, Huang Hai, Leita, as well as Lin Yueqi and Lu Ting entered the forest again to search for Mark.

Mark got shot by sedative and although the quantity wasn’t enough to knock him out immediately, as time passed back, running caused his blood circulation to increase. This resulted in the sedative quickly expanding inside him.

Finally, Mark couldn’t hold on anymore. He stumbled and then thumped and finally fell on the ground.
