Through the Spiritual Energy Light Mirror, the people could see that on the eastern side of the Spirit Demon Continent, Spiritual Light was surging and filling up the entire area . Several figures were spreading out to as far as the eye could see, and many shadows were still rushing over from afar . Apparently, most of the top powers in the Great Thousand World had gathered in the Spirit Demon Continent this day .

On the western side of the Spirit Demon Continent, the Demonic Energy raged, while thick Demon Clouds covered the entire area . Also, many pairs of savage eyes could be seen, glaring down at the people from within the Demon Clouds . They were like the ghostly figures that had come out of the netherworld, desiring to destroy everything in their path .

As the spiritual energy surged over the eastern area of the Spirit Demon Continent, the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor stood with their hands behind their backs on the highest peak of the continent . Many top powers of the Great Thousand World were standing behind them . When they looked at the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor, they felt more confident and secure .

For the past few years, the Extraterritorial Race had been unable to invade the Great Thousand World because the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor were guarding it . The two of them had clearly done their parts and served the people well as the leaders of the Great Thousand World .

As the four Queens, Qin Tian, the Undying Lord, the Green Shirt Sword Saint, the Clan Leaders of the five main ancient clans, the First Elders and the other top powers of the Great Thousand World stood behind the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor, they all looked grim . The man in a white shirt was handsome, and as he smiled at them warmly, a light glittered around him . There was no insidious aura about him like that of the Extraterritorial Race . On the contrary, he looked extremely benevolent .

However, the three eyes that were on his glabella made him look strange . These different qualities that he possessed made him look very mysterious . He was the Heavenly Evil Deity!

As the Heavenly Evil Deity waved his hand, the loud shouts of joy immediately halted and the crowd became silent . He smiled and looked at the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor as he said casually, “We finally meet again after five long years . ”

“The two of you are indeed amazing . If I did not have such a good foundation, I would be no match for you . If you agree to let me plant the Demonic God Seal in you, I will give the people in the Great Thousand World a chance to live,” the Heavenly Evil Deity said in a deep voice as he looked at the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor .

“I do not trust my enemies when they are being too merciful,” the Flame Emperor said with suspicion . “Moreover, we do not know which party will win!”

When the Heavenly Evil Deity heard what the Flame Emperor had said, he smiled and replied, “In these past five years, the two of you have indeed become more powerful . However, I have told you before that when I am back to my top form and have my nine eyes, I will be invincible!”

Amid the darkness, the mighty Demonic Power was like a destructive python that twirled toward the top powers of the Great Thousand World . It was so menacing, it caused them all to be filled with fear .

When the darkness fell upon the top powers of the Great Thousand World, they screamed in terror . Such darkness could invade one’s mind and inflict fear in even the bravest hearts .

Even the Heavenly Sovereigns started to tremble . They found it hard to control themselves at that moment, and they knew that if the situation persisted, they would lose their sanity entirely!

Crackle!

Just as the situation had reached the level of pure chaos, a huge flame suddenly started to burn . It then turned into a Flame Lotus, which slowly rotated to release light and drive away the darkness . The Flame Emperor was standing on the Flame Lotus, his long hair flowing down his shoulders . At the moment, he had a cold look on his face .

“I told you before that the two of you can’t stop me!” the Heavenly Evil Deity said flatly as he looked at the scene . He then waved his sleeve, causing the darkness to surge .

As it continued to spread throughout the area, the darkness gradually devoured all of the light that the Flame Lotus and the Ancestral Amulet Halos had brought forth . When the people of the Great Thousand World saw the light being devoured, fear filled their hearts .

However, just as they were feeling hopeless, they heard a strange sound, which was directly followed by the sounds of laughter from afar! The peals of laughter soon resounded throughout the entire Great Thousand World .

“Since two people are unable to stop you, how about making it three?” The instant that the voice was heard, several people turned their heads to look behind them .

They were so excited that they started to shiver when they saw what was there . A vast spiritual energy had gathered in the area, and the mysterious World’s Power had come down from the sky to gradually form an endless, mysterious screen!

Qin Tian, Qing Yanjing, the Green Shirt Sword Saint and all of the other top powers shouted excitedly in unison when they saw the mysterious screen…

“The Heaven’s Declaration!”

“It’s Mu Chen!”

“He is finally here! He has activated the Heaven’s Declaration!”

All of them looked at the slender figure as he was slowly appearing on the mountain below the mysterious screen . Then, a familiar face appeared, which confirmed their previous guesses… He was none other than Mu Chen!

As they all stared at him, Mu Chen lifted up his head to look at the Heaven’s Declaration, which had just appeared in front of him . He then bent two of his fingers and used them as a pen to slowly write on the Heaven’s Declaration .

At the same time, his loud voice resounded throughout the area, “This day, my name shall be written on the Heaven’s Declaration!”
