Barman Shanker was the easiest Legendary weapon to obtain before level 60, despite the drop rate being low and the dungeon run needing to be on Nightmare mode . For most players, even a low drop rate still gave them hope .

In the future, it was possible to see many wielding the Barman Shanker .

The appearance of the dagger was like a broken beer bottle, the kind that people used to fight in bars . However, while it looked plain, it was made with Black Iron and Mithril . The broken edges were sharp and the damage it dealt was so high that even the best healers found it troublesome to deal with .

One of the special effects provided a chance to reduce received healing by half, along with other special effects like bleeding and poison .

Lu Li had the Felstriker and also planned to upgrade Shard of the Defiler, so he wasn't short on weapons . However, he didn't mind rolling it for his guild members .

"What alcohol is this? It tastes horrible; let's go . "

Hornet's Nest, who was in charge of acting, smashed the wine cup on the floor and left angrily . It seemed like he wasn't planning to pay up .  

No matter how kind Plugger was, he couldn't simply watch on .

Someone had insulted his alcohol, broke his glass and wasn't going to pay . As such, Plugger chased after him, but was met with Azure Sea Breeze shamelessly slamming his shield into him from above and was nearly buried into the ground . The difference in height between Dark Elves and Gnomes made Azure Sea Breeze feel much more confident about himself .

"Be careful Breezy," Lu Li warned .



"Don't worry, his attack speed is so slow . He must be a joke," Azure Sea Breeze dismissed . He had never such a small Boss in a long time .

Some said that you couldn't be too full of yourself, because bad karma was right around the corner . Even before Azure Sea Breeze could stop laughing, the angry little Warlock Gnome had banished him . Banish was a skill that rendered the enemy target unable to move, but unable take damage either . The effect lasted for 15 seconds .

It wasn't an issue to Banish anyone else, but it was problematic for Azure Sea Breeze .

"Badge . Don't let the Boss attack others," Lu Li instructed . He wasn't concerned about the future; he was worried more about now .

To be honest, it was rare for Bosses to banish the main tank straight away . All that could be said was that Azure Sea Breeze was too good at pulling aggression onto himself .

Azure Sea Breeze was very obedient; he did exactly as he was told . He used his Badge without the slightest hesitation and instantly pulled back the Boss . From then onwards, Banish was used often, but not on the main tank .

In phase two, Plugger began to use his Warlock area of effect spells, while in phase three, he casted Demon Armor himself . This ability boosted the Armor of the caster and also increased their health regeneration speed . However, this was far from the end of it all – he also began to use Curse of Tongues .


Curse of Tongues: forces nearby enemies to speak in the Demonic language, reducing their casting speed by 50% for 15 sec .  

This was a nightmare for magic classes and hence, the main damage output for this fight came from the melee players .



Some teams chose to have less melee players for the sake of the fire elementals beforehand . This would be the time when they had to switch out members from the outside team .

Lu Li had no issues with their melee players – both him and Water Fairy were powerful sources of damage . There was also Elevenless and Old Man Power, along with Green Flag Wine and Sea Breaker to some degree .

In the end, the Boss went Berserk . The berserk mode of a Magic class couldn't be underestimated – even with the little health that he had, he still took a few players down with him . However, the ones who ultimately won were the players, because they had the number advantage and could use items .

Just like how the Hollywood movies depicted it, the police always arrived late to the event .

Phalanx, who was hired by Plugger to protect the bar, came late .

He was usually very useful, because the bar always had issues every day . Phalanx was a Golem bodyguard, responsible for maintaining the order in the bar and evicting guests by force .

"What do?" Everyone looked at Lu Li .

They hadn't even looted the body yet or had the chance to regenerate their health and mana .

"Regenerate on the spot," Lu Li said as he sat down and began to eat his bread .

The others did the same, ignoring the War Golem that kept rambling on .

Fortunately, it really did speak a lot . If it had engaged the moment it appeared, Lu Li and the others would have been in trouble . However, they managed to recover most of their health and mana .

The Boss had high Attack and Defense Attributes, but it barely had any skills .

Lu Li and the others had the strongest tank in Dawn, so these types of Bosses were the least of their concerns . They just had to be wary of the Boss' chained Fireball .

Upon entering phase two, Phalanx would choose a random player and cast a chain of ten Fireballs in total . The player would have to try their best to survive, but at the very worst, they would miss out on the Experience .

As long as they didn't lose too many damage dealers, Lu Li was confident that they could finish off this Boss .

The last ones standing were still the players, but they had lost three members this time . Wendelian began looting the two Bosses after everyone had been resurrected . Everyone else sat on the floor and ate bread pre-emptively, in case another Boss unexpectedly showed up .

"Legendary dagger!" Wendelian shouted . Lu Li knew that the Barman Shanker had dropped . He and Water Fairy exchanged glances and they both smiled .

"That's enough you two; stop showing off your relationship . Are you two going to sort this out by yourselves or roll numbers like usual?" Unforgettable Maple was impatient about these situations; he felt sorry for himself .

"This is too low . Should we let her reroll?" Wendelian asked .

Water Fairy had rolled 42 points and seemed to be surprised by the low number . Her expression must have been priceless, but unfortunately, it was hidden behind a mask .

Lu Li laughed and rolled too .

Everyone was stunned for a moment before they all began to laugh .  

"You guys need to rename your guild . Instead of Ruling Sword, it should be name Black Hand Team . You're the team leader; no one can fight over the position with you . "

They had finally found something that Lu Li wasn't great at, so this was their chance to crack some jokes .

After the Barman Shanker, a precious recipe dropped – Goblin Jumper Cables .

Even those who didn't practice Engineering knew of its value . Of course, they all wanted to roll for the recipe together, but after Lu Li showed everyone his Engineering level, the other distribution rule in the game took effect .

Needs come first!

He wasn't just a fake Engineer – he was a real Artisan Engineer .

The others probably tried out some trading skills for fun, but none of them had even reached Journeyman Engineering, so it wasn't a proper proof for needing this recipe .

Hence, the recipe fell into Lu Li's pocket .

Then, Lu Li saw Water Fairy smiling at him, to which he replied with a blinking expression . Some things were better off unspoken .
