The farm's festivity level went a notch higher as children began playing and running around the area. Guests mingled with each other, talking, chatting, and laughing.
Drinks were already served early to those who need to quench their thirst.
Meanwhile, on the second floor of the farmhouse.
The women and the bride were already putting up the finishing touches on their makeup and inspected their appearances in front of the mirrors.
A few minutes later.
Simon and Graven were already in their wedding suit, they exited the house to mingle with the guests and put everyone at ease.
It's already 3:30 in the afternoon and the sun was already retreating south, the temperature began to cool down. The trees provide the guests a refreshing and invigorating atmosphere to enjoy the whole afternoon.
Upstairs, on the second floor, inside the bride's room.
Rosa was busy applying light makeup to her daughter's already flawless face. "Do you like the result, daughter?" she asked after some time.
Laura smiled. "It's enough, Mother. I don't like putting much makeup on my face," she said.
"Okay, I'm done with you. I'll put some powder on my face," Rosa said and faced the mirror.
Laura stood up and went to the window, watching the flurry of activities outside. She saw Graven beside her father talking to the guests, children were having fun running around the garden as their mothers and nannies busy running after the little rascals, her lips erupted into a smile of amusement.
She waved her hand at Graven, he waved back. She turned around and went back to the bed, ditched her slippers, and slid her feet into the white shoes.
Sofia barged into the room. "Mother, I can't put my make-up right! Please help me!" she begged.
Laura's mouth erupted into soft laughter watching her sister's panicking face, she found it amusing.
Rosa set to work and redo the makeup on Sofia's face.
Laura closed her eyes. Today is her wedding day, a very special day for the two of them. She won't let anything destroy her happiness. With those pleasant thoughts running in her mind, she plastered a beautiful smile on her face. It's her wedding day! It will only happen once in her lifetime, she wants to capture these beautiful moments in her heart and mind forever.
Rosa looked at the bride. "Laura, we're finally done! Let's go down now and wait in the living room for the judge's arrival," she said.
"Okay, Mother," Laura replied.
The women exited the room, went downstairs, and settled in the living room.
A few minutes later, the servant came into the room to inform them that the judge finally arrived.
The women looked at each other's faces excitedly.
Outside the house, in the wedding venue, near the altar. The judge, the groom, and Simon were having a short conversation on the chairs.
Simon gives the judge a few minutes to rest after the long journey before starting the wedding ceremony. He motioned the servant nearby to give the judge a glass of water.
The people already seated properly in their seats getting ready for the wedding ceremony.
Fifteen minutes later.
The judge finally stood up. "Let's start the ceremony!" he said.
Simon motioned the servant to inform the bride to get ready for her entrance.
The judge walked to the makeshift podium and announce to everyone. "Ladies and Gentlemen, let's begin the wedding ceremony!" he announced.
