The end of this work was finally in sight in this twelfth volume, and I will do my best to make sure you enjoy it to the very end!

Now, as I am tormented by the afterword every time, I was thinking about what I would write about in this volume.

Now let me write about the memorable episodes of the volume 12.

Actually, I had been working on this since intermezzo-like Volume 8, but I have changed the role that Jenna played in the web version with a certain character.

In the web version, Jenna has adopted the flow of harboring Oscar’s child.

At that time, I thought, “If I think about the world view and the historical background, it will work!” That’s how Jenna got pregnant.

Later, I thought, “What’s the point of this?” I wonder.

I often find myself torn between the ethics of my work and the ethics of the real world.

There would be fewer problems if the story were to lean more towards the ethics of the real world, but doing so would create a sense of discomfort in the story.

In the first place, this “otome game world is a tough world for mobs”, were too inclined toward real-world ethics, it would not even have started.

I think it is particularly bad, like the process of Leon being forced into marriage in the beginning of the book.

At the time when I was writing the Web version, I often let my momentum get the better of me, and in hindsight, there were many areas where I felt that “I had failed”.

That’s why in Volume 12, Jenna’s role was changed to Dorothea.

It wouldn’t be surprising if Dorothea was pregnant, and I thought it would show Leon that they were a happier family.

That is the reason for Volume 8, the story of Nix and Dorothea for that time.
