Gu Mohan leaned his body against the sofa in the private room in the bar . The room was dark and he sat alone in his corner, his long legs were crossed as he lit a cigarette .

Lu Qi’er looked at him as he was surrounded by the smoke from the cigarette . His handsome looks were incomparable . He was tall, charismatic and his flawless features and masculine body was enough to ensnare all the women on earth, they couldn’t help but be drawn to him like moths to a flame . She had a sip of orange juice and asked out of curiosity, “Brother Mohan, who’s Beauty Tang?”

Gu Mohan did not have any emotions on his face and continued to smoke his cigarette . Huo Beichen interrupted instead, “Beauty Tang is an arrogant woman, she has nothing to do with Second Brother and you’re still our Second Brother’s most loved woman, Qi’er . ”

Lu Qi’er revealed a delighted smile on her face . She was the beloved daughter of the Lu family and had received premium education since she was young . She was the most suitable candidate to become the young madam of the Gu family and she had spent most of her life working towards that goal . She would never let anyone take her it away from her .

Gu Mohan has never laid his eyes on any other women after all their years of friendship . He was arrogant and difficult to reach out to, just like the stars in the sky .

She realized that Gu Mohan had an unusual relationship with Tang Mo’er . She decided to overlook the incident at the Bangkok Villa yesterday, since it wasn’t much for a man like Gu Mohan to have a few women around him . Everything was fine as long as the position as Mrs Gu remained hers and hers only . All those other woman were just playthings .

She was certain that a mature and intellectual man like Gu Mohan would know how to handle things .

“Brother Mohan, I’m going on the stage to sing now . ”

Lu Qi’er walked onto the stage and Fu Qinglun looked at Gu Mohan . He revealed a knowing smile . “Mohan, since things went bad between you and Beauty Tang, is she back together with her ex-fiancé?”

Gu Mohan let out a puff of smoke and looked towards the front, Tang Mo’er and Su Zhe were sitting together at the bar . He frowned and pursed his lips, feeling somewhat disappointed .

“Second Brother, don’t bother with Tang Mo’er now that things have gone bad . She’s a real vixen . She didn’t want to bother with you last night, and yet she’s here today . I reckon she’s only here to ask for the endorsement position . She’s a gold digger with deep motives . ”

Gu Mohan’s face was hidden in the smoke, all that could be seen was his thin lips that had formed a sardonic arch . “Tsch . You’d think it wasn’t enough for us to have an argument, she had to bring her ex-fiancé to parade around like an eyesore . You’re being too generous by only calling her a vixen . She’s just a blind fool who doesn’t even know how to be a gold digger in front of a rich sponsor like me . ”

Huo Beichen swivelled around to look at Fu Qinglun . “Qinglun, hurry and see this, Second Brother has been brainwashed by that woman and lost his mind . There’s no way he’s going to believe me now . ”

Fu Qinglun laughed modestly and he kept all his feelings inside him . “Mohan, you should probably end things with Beauty Tang . Qi’er is here now, don’t forget that she’s your fiancée . ”
